Had problems with my garage door closing this morning. Called Precision who I’ve used before. Roy Thomas arrived before my scheduled time, diagnosed the problem. He installed a new door opener and even did a couple minor tune ups on my door. The door works great and Roy was very professional in his work.

We want to thank Precision Door and Roy Thomas for providing excellent service. We have never had a garage door spring snap before. It was scary. Roy was prompt, friendly and answered each question thoroughly and in terms that were easy for us to understand. He worked quickly and added more support to the door and for our new spring. The doors are beautiful. They give a whole new feel to the garage and beautiful look to our home. Joseph is to commended for his customer service skills. There are people who come and install an item, however it is the ones that treat the customer as a true customer. They take the time to insure that all is well with installation and operation of the door.

I actually went by the reviews for Precision. And now I know why you have excellent reviews. Your Tech was amazing. Professional, Made a review of the problems I had with both garage doors. He explained several options and explained all of them step by step and what needed to be done to fix it. No if or but. I chose what was the right choice at the time for me. After it was done he explained all in detail how to use my remote controls to even the type of light bulb needed for the two new Door Openers. Very knowledgeable in his work. I recommend your employee for an awesome work delivered the same day. I am so thrilled at the final work at100 percent satisfied with your company and your employees that do the actual work in a quick and clean manner.
