I was most impressed with James. He got here at noon and he told me he was a new technician and that he would do it right but it might take him a while. He worked until after 9PM! He was working in the dark, he never took a break to my knowledge and did a great job. He was very polite and demonstrated a commitment to excellence very rareley seen these days.
