Jason is awesome! He spent so much time with me helping me understand my options for new doors. I ultimately chose Precision because Jason respected my desire for new wood doors and carefully and patiently explained the pros and cons of wood vs steel. Scott installed our new wood garage doors and super quiet motors quickly and professionally. He obviously cares about doing his work with excellence and he was so kind to us. I’ve waited 10 years for new garage doors and Precision exceeded my expectations in every way! Their prices are competitive and their service is exceptional!

Called Precision late on Friday night after my garage springs broke. They were very polite and quickly gave me an appointment for Saturday. Shaun came on time and was very nice. I placed a call to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because one of the torsion springs on my garage door broke after 5PM. The call was answered by their call center and I was given a time frame for the technician to arrive at my house. I was also sent an e-mail with the service confirmation and it included the technician's name and photograph. Brandon, my assigned technician, arrived closer to the front end of the time frame and met with me. He inspected the door and pointed out to me other issues that I had not noticed earlier, in addition to the obviously broken spring. Afterward he explained my repair options. Once I selected the option of my choice, Brandon set out to repair the door. He completed the repairs quickly and efficiently and I told him so. He tested the repair and talked to me about the warranty program and then he left after removing all the debris and faulty parts. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Service to anyone in need of quality repairs. Brandon was friendly, courteous and professional in all interactions with me.

Excellent response time a day after calling with a damaged garage door opener belt to be replaced; I looked into an Amazon belt with simple DIY replacement, but decided to have an expert install it for me for the reasonable cost roughly estimated. Dustin Ridge showed up on time for the repair and easily convinced us that for a little more cost, we could replace the entire garage door opener, which was at least 12 years old, and included the belt and all other new parts! Fabulous reason to have the professionals check the job and estimate the needs for us. As an added bonus, Dustin reprogrammed all of our cars and remotes, changing out troublesome LED bulbs in the openers with older CFL bulbs, which were causing interference with our signals. Amazing advice, professionalism and work from a company we have dealt with since installing our four garage doors back in 2007; we are lifetime clients. Thank you for your excellent service and for employing technicians like Dustin to do the work.

I called in around 10:15am and within 45 minutes I had JOJO at my door. He explained thoroughly what he thought was best for my situation (garage door was coming off track and caving as it tried to open and close) and under 2 hours everything was done (new springs and rollers) and both my garage doors are working properly again and the work is under warranty. He was personable, professional and sweet to my dog...what more could you ask for!

Wow I was impressed! The first guy came out the same day but the door was more industrial than he had planned so he had someone set up and be there at 8 am the next morning. Fixed in no time, looks great, now its safe and I thought the price was very honest and fair.

You must use Precision for your garage door service. Made an appointment and was serviced the same day. Shaun knows his stuff and made all the right recommendations to get us exactly what we needed. A garage door doesn’t last forever, and after 20 years ours needed many new parts! DONE and finishes in an hour. Quiet and Smooth. Happy Anniversary to my wife! Ha.

When our garage door stopped working, we googled service companies to find some reputable ones nearby. Precision Door Service were very highly rated and we ventured to call them. Shaun, the service tech, was excellent. The team was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The service response was very prompt and quick, and the repairs were performed on the spot, which allowed us to use the garage door the same day.
