I want to thank you for being so flexible and having someone out to replace my door on Saturday. I made the desperate call on Friday and without hesitation you made sure that someone would be there on Saturday to take care of the situation. I know that Saturdays are difficult appointments to get, but you made it happen and I’m so grateful for your flexibility. I also want to give a HUGE thank you to Kyle (technician). He had such a friendly attitude and caring personality. I was surprised to see that he came alone to do this job, that I would’ve thought was a job for 2 technicians. I was concerned about my cars; however he took the door down with ease and no cars were harmed in the process. He was very clean and made sure that he picked up every single remnant from the job. I actually think that my garage was cleaner after he finished than when he started. I’m sure that I will not have to purchase another door as long as I live in the house; however I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to my friends. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Kevin came by, today, to investigate why our old (>20 years) garage door opener was no longer able to pull our door up. As it turns out, there was a part that was stripped that needed to be replaced. Rather than taking advantage and merely suggesting that we replace the entire garage door opener, he quoted us a price for replacing the defective part. I had suspected that the part was stripped before calling Precision, but had already decided that replacing our very old opener was the best course of action. So, I was impressed with Kevin's honesty and the fact that he didn't immediately try to up-sell us on something that we didn't actually need, even though no one would've argued with him that the opener probably needed to be replaced, soon. Kevin replaced the entire opener in a very timely manner (less than 1.5 hours) and took time to explain the safety features and operation of the opener. It was very reasonably priced, and I can't believe how much quieter our garage door opens, now. I highly recommend Tim's team at Precision!

Amazing service! I shopped around when we purchased garage doors a few years ago and Precision charged us half for the same exact garage doors that Overhead was charging. So, today, they came back to install a new keypad and to get a new remote. Sean was AWESOME! Hands down would never use another garage door company!

The people at Precision Overhead Garage Doors were professional and courteous. I called on a Monday to have someone look at our garage doors that weren’t opening and they had technicians out the next day. The techs (Sean and Steve) were on time and knowledgeable. They assessed our issues and gave us an estimate with two different options. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up after. Our garage doors finally work again and I can’t remember them being so quiet. I would definitely recommend this company!

Timely, thorough, excellent service, & reasonable pricing. One of the torsion springs failed & we were couldn't get our cars out of the garage. Precision dispatched a technician within 2hrs of our call. Josh showed up, replaced the failed torsion springs, rollers & bearings. While finishing up we discovered the opener unit gearing was very near failure. He had everything he needed on board & had us back in business in short order. Couldn't ask for more!! Highly recommended!

Our Main garage door spring broke. The former repair company I had used was out of business, so I called a friend who gave me a strong referral to Precision. I called on Tuesday AM and they were sending Brandon out by end of day. Brandon called me late in the day to let me know he had a job in Griffin that was running late and would be there no matter what which would be more like 9pm. I told him to finish what he is doing and go home and see his wife. Brandon was awesome, and we rescheduled for today. He was willing to drive all the way to N. Alpharetta no matter what the time to help us out. You just don't see that commitment these days! Brandon showed up early today, he reviewed the problem, gave me options and had it repaired quickly for a fair price. Their sticker is now on my wall under the openers so we know who to call next time! Thanks Brandon & Precision for your awesome service!

I wanted to express my appreciation for the manner in which my garage door opener was replaced today. First all kudos to the office staff in par- ticular Karen, Kacie, Jason and Lauren. These staffers were very profes- sional and show concern. The pricing and discounts given me rival the competitors mid grade product hands down. Double kudos to the technician Glen Cure, he was in touch prior arrival. Upon arrival I was greeted with respect and kind words. Glen was very knowledgeable about the product and installation process. He was very respectable of my home, cleaning up after job completed. Glen was very careful in explaining the use of the newly installed opener, button, eyes, and key pad. In addition, checked the other door and opener as well as. Rocky was very helpful in offering us choices for fixing our broken opener. In the end, we opted for replacing with an upgraded, much quieter model. Rocky then proceeded to install the new equipment in less than 30 minutes. We were very pleased with the timely and professional service.

I am delighted to rate Sean and his assistant an Excellent rating! They arrived on time and proceeded to repair my very loud and noisy garage door. Now I can hardly hear it ! They also returned the next day at my request to program the remote which I really appreciated. They left everything neat and tidy and in working order.
