Since having the garage opener installed, I've attempted to download the app to utilize it. Well that's been unsuccessful and now there's a blue light flashing. When I called customer service I was told there would be a service fee for a tech to come out?? When I asked for someone to call, no one did. Not sure now if I made a mistake on selecting this company

Roy Thomas got here at 10:30 he told us what needed to be done with the door you told us the price of the job he was finished at noon he showed us what he had done and let us open and close the door to show us how much better the door with operating he gave us the invoice for the amount we paid him he was quick efficient very cordial and we enjoyed him being here in providing the service for us thank you for season garage door

I researched for several days companies that installed and serviced garage door openers. After looking at several companies I selected Precision because of their history and reviews. Brandon, our technician, was courteous, on time, offered multiple options as to what openers and services we needed. We opted for the top of the line model but felt no way pressured to by that level. Brandon gave us three options to select from. The next day Brandon called in advance stated he would be on his way over. The openers are great, Brandon explained all of the features and serviced all of the existing hardware at the same time. Great service, great technician and would highly recommend them.

Great company!! I had an emergency where the spring on my garage door broke as I was trying to leave my house. This stranded my car in the garage and me panicking trying to figure out how I was going to get my kids from school. I googled garage door repair companies and Precision was the 1st one to pop up. I called and was told that they could have a technician at my residence between 12 and 4 that same day. I was thrilled but what was even better was that not even 15 minutes after my initial call, the technician called to inform me that he could be at my house in about 20 minutes. When Dustin arrived he was very professional and did an excellent job. He found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and I was able to pick my kids up on time!! I would definitely recommend Precision to others!!

I called and they came out the same day. I got a good estimate on two doors and two openers. I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days to get all the supplies delivered. I got a call two days later and they said that had all the parts in , a few.day later I had my door in. It took the guy 4 hours. I was impressed and glad I choose Percision. Great job.

I used the chat now option to begin conversations. I was answered promptly and professionally. I was told the expectation and there were no surprises. Within a few hours a tech named Jeremy called to say he was on his way, Jeremy was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Good customer service oriented employees are hard to find. I added a keypad to my order and Jeremy did not have the part he said no worries let me make a phone call, within 15 minutes another employee arrived, introduced himself and delivered the part. This is above and beyond customer service as I added this on last minute to my service request. Great job.

From the beginning I was very impressed with the process of your sales person. I live in an HOA and the sales person checked about the code had your engineer draw what it would look like so that we were on the mark from the beginning. Also knowing that it is made here in the Atlanta area made an even better choice. Knowing I have allergies to chemicals, they made a point to hold it a little longer in order to have the chemical gas off taken care of. Your installers were quick, cleaned up well after themselves and were professional. The door itself is wonderful. So,quiet,has just enough of the safety issues where it is not over brain makes. Sensor light over the motor. Temsensor, and the safety on the door gauge itself. I was very pleased

I was out of town when my garage door quit working. My wife called to say the door wouldn't go up. When I got home, I found that the door was extremely heavy, indicating a broken spring. I knew I needed a professional so I looked up several garage door companies in the area. Precision's estimate was on par with the other companies, but I knew their name from their TV ads. My experience with Precision began with great customer service on the phone. The representative was polite and professional, listened to my needs and presented me with relative options. I was impressed that I was able to get on the schedule for the following day. I was told the name of the technician who would be coming to my home was Brandon and that I could look at his profile on their website. I read his reviews and was confident with who was coming to my house. Brandon called the morning of our appointment to let me know he was a little behind schedule, but was on his way. I believe he showed up only 15 minutes late. He was friendly and professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He confirmed immediately that the spring was broken and explained the system to me. Unfortunately, the door spring system the builder installed was builder-grade and sold as an economic package. I had been quoted a price over the phone to replace one or two springs. However, because of the system installed, I had to replace the entire system, not just the springs. The total replacement was much more expensive than simply replacing springs. Thanks to Brandon, however, I completely understood the necessity to do so. Brandon thoroughly detailed the options to me, made some suggestions and ultimately helped make my decision easy. My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was exceptional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was in need of any service related to their garage door.

Our spring broke on the garage door late on Sunday night. Was able to make an appointment and have a technician out the very next morning. Jeremy was fantastic with explaining things to my wife so she could relay the information to me at work. Although we hope to not have to use Precision Door Atlanta it’s nice to know that there is a reliable and fair place that I can call if we do need to use them again.
