My garage door was hesitating a little when it would go down. The service rep quickly figured out the reason and fixed it. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision. It was a little costly, but the service was good. The tech Roy was very thurl in explaining the problem. He used every health precaution necessary during this time. I appreciate the timely manner the company responded and the professional way they adhered to the the time line set.

Today's visit was a follow up issue but he came out quickly, figured out the problem and fixed it without any issues. It was an issue we probably could've figured out ourselves but at no time did he make us feel stupid for not knowing. This is our 2nd time working with Precision and it's been 5 star each time. After contacting two companies, I became frustrated with their sales tactics. I decided to call Precision. The lady who scheduled a visit the next day was very kind. I was given a four hour window. The technician, Roy, called me to let me know he will be at my house shortly. Roy quickly diagnose the problem and I appreciate the fact he explain to me why I needed a new motor. His diagnostic skills were on the money. He explained three options to me. He treated me extremely fair and within 90 minutes, I had a complete installation working flawlessly. Needless to say, I was very happy I contacted Precision. I will be needing another door opener in the near future, and will certainly contact Precision. I have never dealt with this company before. I did not know anyone employed there before today. I am writing this review without the encouragement of anyone. I just think in this world, when you get professional service, a person should take the time to let management know they have a very skilled technician.

I called for an emergency for one of our clients. One of my technicians actually damaged a garage door on a job and I needed someone to respond quickly. Precision door was fast and efficient and helped my customer right away. They made it easy to call them next time if I have another issue come up. I selected your company because of the reviews online, made an appointment, and the day of the appointment I called and found out my appointment had been changed without telling me. So I did not reschedule because I took off for this appointment, I was going to use someone else, but the lady I spoke to on the phone obviously knew I was not pleased, Monday morning I got a call from Sean, and he really changed my opinion on this company and made me fill like I made the right decision to stay with Precision Door, so I only have positive feedback for them. The technician, Joshua, came out and was very professional. What I can see they are customer focused, Way to go! Use them you will not be sorry!

Chasen Pike was great to during the work I needed. He was through in explaining the issues and he identified them to me. He also educated me on garage doors and what the parts on them do that needed replacing. He also explained why the issue happened. Once I told him the age of the garage, he looked for other things and told me the lifespan of those parts. He gave me three options with estimate to choose from for the repair. I chose option 3 an he replaced the motor, rollers, cables and safety sensors. Two remote controls with batteries come with the plan. Once I decided he completed the work and demonstrated everything to me and allow me to test everything in real life situations. I am very satisfied with Chasen's kindness and professionalism. I will request Chasen as my technician if I need additional work on my garage. I give Chasen a 5. Phae Snow
