Xavier, the technician from Precision, performed an outstanding repair job. He diagnosed AND fixed the problem, literally within 10 minutes or less. He spent most of the time trying to figure out where he left his ladder (had to borrow mine). I was very pleased with the job/cost of repair. This is my second time using Precision's services and I believe I will become a loyal customer based on the combined performances from the technicians on both incidents. I plan to upgrade my garage door and/or door opening mechanism and, when and if I do, Precision will get the job based on their prompt, professional service.

Anthony was awesome, quick service, considerate about my families plans as he showed up later in the evening as I requested. Super professional, help me choose the best solution to my problem and explained everything to me. Enjoyed watching the install, also cleaned everything and showed me how to program all doors. Will be calling him when it’s time for my other garage door.

Fantastic experience. Winfield was an gracious and accommodating rep, the installation team was top notch and Josephine kept in touch throughout the entire process. Never felt pressure to do anything. We did have a misunderstand but it was no problem for them to quickly address with affecting me in any way. This company does a fantastic job of all working together on the same page.

I called two other companies on my lunch break and Percision Doors was the only one who answered their phone. Amanda set up the Appt and Joe arrived within 30 minutes. Broken cable and rusted torsion springs on 16 foot Clopay garage door. Called Precision at 9:00 am and technician Anthony Watts arrived early afternoon. Anthony is very knowledgeable and friendly. Repairs were made in about an hour. Also serviced other doors so they operate smoothly. Would definitely recommend Precision for any future needs.

After my garage door broke, I started getting quotes and averages . Precision Garage Door Service was fast to respond, professional, and the best price. The salesman Winfield Johnston, was friendlly and did not pressure me to buy anything unnessary. We were having a problem with our larger garage door opening fully. I called two other companies but got no response. The next one in the list was Precision. I was able to get a next day appointment! Ed called us with his ETA and did arrive on time. He diagnosed the issue, explained our options, we gave the okay and he got to work. When the job was completed he reviewed everything with us and checked to make sure the doors operated correctly. He was such a nice, friendly guy- definitely an asset to your company! And to think I tried to get all my husband into trying a YouTube hack!

The technician, Shannon, was very professional and polite, also very honest and knowledgeable. He was efficient and finished the rebuild and repairs within the timeframe that he stated. He did a fantastic job, the results were a garage door that operated like new, a new keypad and he fixed the light on the LiftMaster. Just a great job overall and he was very personable and explained everything very well and left the garage area cleaned up. Very impressed with how quick the response time was also.
