I called Precision when is spring broke yesterday morning totally disabling the garage door. Juan the technician showed up the same day was very professional and did a great job evaluating what needed to be done and making a recommendation. He completed the repair in a timely manner and did a superior job.

Roy Thomas was excellent. Very nice and professional young man. He identified the issues with our garage and had all the supplies with him to fix it (which made it so much easier — our neighbor, who didn’t use Precision, had to wait an extra day for his repair man to buy the supplies). No delay, quick and easy. I will definitely use Precision again and recommend to others!

My garage door opener failed at about 0900, leaving my car trapped in the garage. I called at about 0910. Precision Door was able to get a technician to me quickly. By 1115, my garage door had been repaired. Outstanding service, on both the original installation 3 1/2 years ago and on this short notice response.

I was having an issue with my garage door opening - it had what was called "phantom" opening and closings. I felt like I was on a episode of bewitched and someone kept opening and closing the door on me! Precision Door sent someone out to repair this immediately and covered the repair. Jeremiah did a great job in fixing and arrived at the first point in the window I was provided. Great company and service!!

Dustin and Roy came on time as promised and went right to work. They made the installation of the keypad and selling and programming the two new remotes look easy. Dustin programmed my car in 3 minutes and it would have taken me a week trying to read the owners manual and do it. I will call again when I need any repairs or replacements.

I first called another garage door company. They said the door could not be fixed, that I would need a complete new door for around $2500.00. This sounded wrong so I called Precision to get a second opinion. I got an appointment immediately. Brandon was right on time and quickly accessed the problem. He gave me two estimates for the work needed. Of course it was a very reasonable price and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Brandon explained the work that was done and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. This is a well run company puts the customers best interests first. Thank you Brandon!

Let me first begin with I DON'T OFTEN WRITE OR DO MANY OF THESE UNLESS MOVED TO DO SO!! Second let me extend a thank you to Dustin, George & Paige for making this experience pleasant, issue free and the way business is to be conducted!! For you see, it was Dustin who came back out to recheck and confirm the quote with its correct measurements, equipment needed & necessary to complete the job right (the first time) and correct pricing thus beginning this painless process. Now I must say, this was a simple, all new, single stall, complete garage door system not a complex 3 car stable. Then, as was told, next day Paige called to schedule my timely install. Again due to simplicity I didn't have to wait long, but you understand my point. Lastly comes installation day. Again FLAWLESS. George is the MAN and represents two very important things. 1. DON'T judge a book by its cover!! As a fellow tall, longer bearded and intimidating looking guy, when one takes the time to both put judgement aside and actual pay attention you will see.. 2. he is very nice, a master of his craft, has a methodical process & system by which he works, is efficient and while he himself is quiet, his work speaks volumes and for itself! And his choice in music rocks too. So let me conclude with this. I've waited a week to write this review to have a better overall personal opinion thus far of the new system, its installation, how its held up to the weather as well as its overall performance. I can say as of the date of this post, I am still very pleased with Precision Garage Door, their products and their services. One can only hope this remains true & the relationship continues as such. We had a problem with our garage door and Precision was able to send a person the next day. The technician immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad motor on the opener and said it was not possible to fix it. His quick judgment to come to that conclusion was disappointing to me since he took basically no time to arrive at that conclusion. Being in a rush and not having time to get a second estimate, I decided to have them install a new opener. I had a bit of sticker shock, as the price quoted seemed quite high to me (approximately twice what I could purchase a new one at Home Depot). I eventually decided to have them install the new opener. The installation went fine, taking about 90 minutes, and the door works well.

I highly recommend Precision! The technician, Chasen, that performed our service was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic repair and installation job. He answered all of my questions and explained the repair, what needed to be installed, and why. For someone that knows very little about garage doors, he took the time to walk me through it all. I will definitely call them again for any garage door needs.

Original work done in August 2017 did not include proper taping of garage door opener wires. This resulted in the door not operating properly. Joe arrived on time and quickly corrected the problem. We were very satisfied with Joe's work.

Our technician was incredibly fast. In fact, another contractor was at our house at the same time doing another project and made the comment 'wow that garage door guy is flying'. He was very friendly and took the time to explain the system he was installing. He was also on time and the front office staff were very good as well. Would absolutely recommend Precision.

We cannot thank Precision enough for taking care of the repairs and maintenance that our garage door needed. We called Precision on Friday, and they were able to get a technician out to our home by Saturday afternoon. Joe S. did an amazing job fixing everything and finished in no time flat!
