I had a great service tech. The job was taken care of in less than one hour. . If price is not an issue, I recommend this company. The customer service is great. I feel that the price was very high for the job. I had two springs changed. The bill was over $350. I am not sure if this is normal. If it is then you will love the prompt service, scheduling and outcome of the service visit.

We have done a lot of research and have found that our pricing is very competitive. With that being said, we also use upgraded parts that are far superior to many of the parts that are available on the market. You will find that our springs have a longer life expectancy than those less expensive versions, being far less expensive in the end.

One phone call brought Mark to the house the next day. Analysis of the problem in half an hour, and repair complete for a reasonable price in under 2 hours. Mark was great and easy to work with - I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Our technician was Mark saw the problem right away and knew exactly what needed to be replaced. Our springs, rollers and pulleys were in need of upgrading and he promptly replaced everything in expert time. He went above and beyond to check the door and make sure everything was working properly and even checked the sensors for our doors. It was quality work and I am sure we will use Precision again when our second door needs it.

Our service was amazing! They came out early on a Sunday morning the day after we called. Our technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was very efficient and had our new garage opener with new springs and key pad replaced the same day... Within two hours. I feel their price was fair considering the convince and professionalism. I didn't shop around a lot due to the urgency of our matter, but still feel very satisfied and pleased! Stress free process!

We called Precision for an estimate on replacing a very noisy garage door opener. The appt time was noon, but they were there by 11 a.m. The estimate and price were very good and we were even able to have the opener installed right there on the spot. We just wish there were more companies that provided this level of service. You can't go wrong with this company. It is definitely a 5-star company.

Best Wishes, Tim 1(888) 708-5665" Here's giving you an opportunity as you have requested to make good before I sound the alarms, loudly, to all parties, including the BBB. As an FYI, I am a former Board member in my community, and a real estate sales person, and I am continually asked for referrals - I'd like to include you but........ The good side is; your technician Mark Mosely is a tremendous asset to your organization; professional, skilled, personable, likeable, efficient and every other good attribute that a service expert should have! That being said, I am aware that corporate sets price structure, and not the service techs! The bad side is; I paid $500 for the identical garage door closure spring conversion service that could have been performed by All Four Seasons Garage Doors (770-971-6405) for $285. You are welcome to confirm that figure with them - I spoke with two different reps that quoted me the same number. This is a huge difference, and is representative of most of an airfare for me to be able to visit my kids. Rather than go with the recommendations of the Ebsco Home Reports Guide on the selection of a vendor, of which All Four is listed, I opted to go with the referral of a neighbor - shame on me! Ergo, I expect to see that $215 differential credited to my account which you have. Would you kindly address ASAP; a bad recommendation is something none of us want! As I did pay my invoice via American Express, I have so advised them that Precision's charge is in contention! I thank you personally for your attention to this matter. Dear Precision, first, I found you through Angie's list. I read the comments about your work and service and was impressed so I gave you a chance. My service technician was Mark Mosely.Needless to say he is a good salesman as well as technician. He showed me the extent of the repair needed for one of the garage doors and after surveying the second door, I decided to do both. I was impressed with Mark's knowledge and application to get the job done in a timely fashion and correctly. I had to leave for an appointment which meant leaving Mark there alone which I had no hesitation to do so. As a side note, my son had to leave for work but his car battery needed to be jumped. It was a foreign car and I had no idea where the battery was. Mark told us and identified the area to jump the car. So my son was able go to work. Well done Mark, and Well done on the Garage Doors
