I called on a Sunday to have my garage door opener motor unit replaced, and it was replaced by 11:00 AM the next morning. The associate who made my appointment for the next day was friendly and courteous. The technician who replaced the motor was professional and quick. I received 5-Star service. Chase came out to my house at 9:00 on a Wednesday night after my garage door had been knocked off the track and was hanging precariously. I was in a complete panic. I thought there was no way it would close and I would have to stay home from work the next day and get a full repair. He reassured me that he could get it repaired enough so that it would close and function properly, and he did. I call him a "miracle worker". He was efficient, explained things as many times as I needed him to, and got the job done to my satisfaction. I always have and I always will choose Precision; they do great work.

We were impressed with this company from beginning to end. My husband's car was stuck in the garage because the door wouldn't open. We called Saturday evening, and they were able to see us Sunday morning within the expected window. Chase was fantastic!! Not only was he punctual and reliable, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and did an amazing job of explaining everything we needed or should consider in the future. We bought a new garage door which, unfortunately, revealed a sagging floor that the new door's retainer at the bottom didn't adequately cover. When chipmunks got into the garage, Precision Door came back out at no cost to put on a larger retainer and attach it properly so the critters wouldn't get back in. Thank you!

I used your company before and was very satisfied as I was again satisfied today. The employee fixed my problem with the door and told me how to fix it if it happened again. He also sprayed the parts of t he runners that continued to sound like they needed some oil.. He also told me what kind of spray to get and how often to use it. I was completely satisfied with his visit.
