Company tech Cody showed up within the two-hour service window, quickly diagnosed the problems, presented written quotes for the alternative fixes he proposed, and accomplished the work on same visit. No surprises, and door seems to work very well now. I did not get quotes from other providers so I can't say I compared cost, but I think what I was charged was reasonable. One caveat: Cody's singing is not ready for prime time!

Cody explained everything very well and fixed the door great. As well as offered advice on servicing new motor, drums and end brackets with time frames which means a lot since financially we have been hurting recently.
