Came home to a garage door that wouldn't open due to a busted spring. Called at 8:30am and by 9:30am Dustin was here. He explained everything and was very informative and courteous. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I would highly recommend Precision!!!!

5 stars! Dustin at Precision Door Service of Atlanta was fantastic! He was proficient, very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. He went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was fixed correctly, securely, and in a timely manner. He explained to me what parts he would recommend replacing at that time and why, and he explained what could wait. It was extremely cost-effective. He did not try to get me to spend money unnecessarily. He gave me an estimate for replacing the doors when it gets to that point. When the time comes to replace the doors, I will definitely hire Precision Door Service to do the job! I can't recommend them highly enough.
