He went above and beyond the typical install by going the extra mile to ensure the unit was properly secure to reduce vibration and hid all the wires that were exposed on the current unit. The gentleman that came out was very professional. He couldn't repair our door because it needed to be replaced. He explained to us why he couldn't. We were going to have him order a new door for us and have it installed. Shortly after he left, I had a family emergency in California. My brother was losing his fight with cancer. Sadly he passed this September. I am back home now and would like him to put that order. I in for us. I see I have to select a service performed. So I will select something so I can send this review....please read the statement above. Thank you

Turned out an early morning call from the tech asked if I could do an earlier appt.time. I could, so it worked out great. A part had malfunctioned and needed eplacement. 20 minute job, covered under warranty. Knowledgeable and professional technician!

We needed a spring repair on our garage door. We called Precision based on their excellent ratings and are happy that we did. We were scheduled for the next day, which surprisingly to us was on a Sunday. James called 45 minutes ahead of arrival, clearly explained the steps, options and costs. He replaced the spring and rollers and lubed all the key parts all within about an hour. He was very courteous and we would request his services again. Our new springs even with our 15 yr old door are super quiet. Job well done James.

The tech guy (James Meador) got here was relaxed and asked what the problem was. I showed him and he said not a big deal, nothing broken or needed replacement just needed cables put back on and spring adjusted. I agreed to work and he got to work. He put it in overdrive and got it done very quickly. He worked very fast and efficiently. Tested the garage door a few times and wad done. I'm very pleased with the work and would recommend him and Precision

During a recent power outage I needed to disconnect my garage door opener. When I went to manually close it, it would not close. There was not sufficient clearance and the garage door was jamming against the track. James adjusted the opener track to ensure it would close in the future. As Precision had installed the opener last year, I was not charged for the adjustment. An example of a company standing behind their service and delivering a superior customer experience.
