Both of my grandfathers and my Dad were all auto mechanics. and fixed other things too. During my 37 year pilot's aviation career, I've seen a lot of repairs and made many myself, including airplanes, helicopters and cars, even the garage dour repaired today. The repairman admitted to "being new." Better work is not available, or should I say possible. My college degree is in Mechanical Engineering. I know what I saw is "The Best." 2 Springs, 2 cables, one pulley, remove and replace.

I couldn't be more pleased!!! I contacted Precision because I needed a new garage door...or so I thought! Allen Morgan arrived, took a look and said that my door was fine, it just needed a new spring and motor. I was thrilled! A few hours later Allen finished and my door is SO QUIET!!! He even programmed my door opener in my car. Allen was so courteous and fully explained every step involved in installation of the spring and motor. I would definitely call Precision again. The materials provided were 2 springs and 2 pulleys. Nothing elaborate. The labor was less than 30 minutes. The price was over $700. I am sorry, but that is outrageous. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I needed my garage door repaired in short order.

I called Precision to fix a broke spring and wall controller for my garage door, as I had used them years earlier and they did good work. This time was a good experience as well. The repairman Brandon, was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard and did a great job. Good quality and fast service. The only thing I didn't love was strictly the cost. Im a mechanic but not on garage doors, but I know the value of parts & work and I feel inflation and rising rates made this job higher than it should have been. I would still recommend due there quality of work, response time and guys like Brandon.
