Although my garage now works, I’ve continued to find self tappers all over. Dustin complained of a hour and a half drive more than once, didn’t want to leave without doing work because of the drive,(apparently the Athens store is closed I guess because we are 30 mins from Athens) screws are missing/not even there or attempted. I wasn’t even going to write a review. But when I found 3 more screws in the driveway and around the cars, figured I’d let it be known.

Victor was efficient and fixed our problem in a timely manner. Also very courteous and explained what he needed to do. A very good experience and garage doors work great. Backup batteries installed and doors cleaned and adjusted.

Cory notified me before arrival on the scheduled date and time. He determined why the door opener remote was not connecting with the overhead garage door unit. He informed me of repair options and prices. Decided the best option was to replace the overhead unit with a new Genie unit and remotes. He was very courteous and respectful while completing the installation of the new unit in a relatively short time. Then he matched the new remote controls with the door opener button on each of our vehicles. We are again easily able to open the garage door from each of our vehicles. GREAT Job Cory and many thanks!!

I used your company in 2023 to repair a garage door. One of my garage doors will not open, so I called on Friday and made an appointment for Saturday between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. No one showed up to work on my garage door on Saturday. I called again on Monday morning and could not find out why no one came to my house on Saturday. I made another appointment. Scotty came immediately on Monday morning October 28, 2024, diagnosed the problem and made recommendations. I had both garage door openers replaced and several other parts replaced on one door. Scotty was very courteous, very professional and did a great job.

We had a little "accident' at our house and one of the garage doors was backed into before fully open. The result was a broken and bent door that wouldn't close, broken tracks, damaged panels. I called Precision and within an hour or so a technician, Cory Vandezande, was on scene. He assessed the issue, offered several workable solutions, and then got the broken door closed for the meantime. Professional all the way. Well done!

Pros : I called them at 3pm, they arrived at 4.30 pm Cons I was told that the cost would be $140 - $360, but when they came, they gave me a quote of $1500. They said that they couldn't replace my garage spring, but I had to go with their material, model etc.. (the spring for my garage door is $125 in Ebay)

I called late yesterday afternoon to get a quote for a garage door opener. I got an appointment for today between 4:00 and 6:00, but David called and was able to come earlier at 3:00 which work out great. What is it? I can’t see it. Leave it for you. He quickly gave me choices of garage door openers and I made an selection and he was able to get it installed, completed the cars programmed, and added a new keypad for entry in a little over an hour. he also helped me set up the iPhone app to remotely open and close the garage door I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and David did an excellent job!

Allen was great. He patiently explained all issues with our ten year old garage door opener system and he priced out each option, along with explaining the pros and cons of each option and offered a discount for full replacement. He didn't pressure us toward any particular option. We chose to replace the sensors which he quickly and professionally did and tested they worked properly now.
