We recently called Precision Garage Door Service after our garage door Craftsman 20 year old motor broke. We have used Precision Doors before when a spring on the garage door broke. They had to come out on a weekend back two years ago because I didn't want to be stuck in my house over the weekend. Precision Garage sent out our technician to replace the old garage door opener with a new, Lift Master. Gosh, it is so quiet! The technician replaced the system with a new garage door opener and system. We even were given a Military Discount. We greatly appreciated any discount we could get. Our garage door broke at 3:30pm and was fixed the next day by 11am. I will be recommending Precision Door Service to all my neighbors.

The quote I received over the phone was significantly higher than the quote from the technician when arrived to make the repair. The excuse was that the quote was for ONE spring even though I specifically asked for the quote on replacement of TWO garage door springs. I decided NOT to proceed with the repair.

And he answered every question my wife and i both had. Emilio also went above and beyond.
