I saw the ad and called to make an appointment. The appointment was made for the next day. The technician explained my options and how they worked. He recommended a new motor and had an assortment in his truck. Told me how long the installation would take. New motor installed in the timeframe. He was knowledgeable and very courteous.

A spring broke on one of our garage doors which created a minor lockout. Precision was on site within 4 hours of my call and repaired the door quickly and professionally. Chris, the service tech, was pleasant, professional and took time to explain everything to my satisfaction. Overall a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Precision Door and will call them when I have another door problem.

I have had Precision Garage Door do work for me at a prior home. They did a great job that was a Tampa group when I lived in Florida. So I figured that you would do a similar job here. Sean Mooney kept me informed as to his arrival time which kept me in check not getting overly excited. When he got to the home he evaluated the work that had to be done, we agreed, and it took him a reasonable amount of time to get everything up and running.

Called and obtained an appointment for service the next day. Technician (Chris) arrived on time and was very experienced with this kind of problem and equipment and did a great job of explaining the problem and the different options available to resolve them and get my garage door back up and operational - which did happen less than an hour after he started the work.

What a pleasant experience with Precision! Emilio, their Technician, called to let me know he was on his way. He was on time and was very professional and pleasant. He quoted the price for a broken spring, which was the problem. Because the original installation is almost 20 years old, he showed me other issues with itemized costs for each. There was no pressure and he, strictly, left it up to me which repairs he should do. He finished quickly and competently and went through the safety inspection. I would highly recommend them.

I could not be more pleased. Fast, efficient service. Juan quickly diagnosed the problem (motor died from old age) and soon had a new one up and running. At his suggestion, he also replaced the rubber liner along the bottom of the door with a thicker one, which eliminated some gaps and should help with my utility bills! Juan could not have been smarter or nicer, just a pleasure to deal with. Five stars are not enough!

Although my garage now works, I’ve continued to find self tappers all over. Dustin complained of a hour and a half drive more than once, didn’t want to leave without doing work because of the drive,(apparently the Athens store is closed I guess because we are 30 mins from Athens) screws are missing/not even there or attempted. I wasn’t even going to write a review. But when I found 3 more screws in the driveway and around the cars, figured I’d let it be known.
