The problem was not solved the technician wasted my time by coming out and doing not one diagnostic. He looked and said the spring is broken, offered no explanation and then gave an estimate of over 1,000 after having been there for 3 minutes. This was a waste of my time and I will be using another company.

Recommended by neighbor…. Derek pSkaggs was very professional but nice, kind, patient and he was down to earth. He was able to diagnose and resolve my case within minutes. Working from home makes it easy, but with meetings it can by hard to be available. He did his job with minimal interaction with me but just enough interaction to complete his work. Thanks Derek for the good and quick work and for the laughs!!!

I had a great experience from the first call into the scheduling center. Kimmie was extremely professional with my scheduling. The team was able to be out to correct my issue in very short order. Brandon, my technician, was very prompt, courteous and likewise extremely professional. Upon onsite, he was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I’m very happy with the service provided and delivered in the span of 24 hours to correct the issue. I would highly recommend Brandon.

From beginning to end. Every person that I have dealt with were extremely pleasant, helpful and informative. When I first called to order doors Mike went above and beyond by securing the door to the garage to maintain my safety. Today, Allen came out to address some issues left behind by my painter. He answered all of my questions as well. He connected my garage door opener and changed my light bulb in the motor. As a 1st time homeowner, I’m always appreciative when anyone goes the extra mile to assist me. True southern gentlemen!!
