I called this morning and Damien was at our home within a few hours to repair our garage door. He clearly explained what was causing the problem and how he was going to repair it. He gave the price for repairing garage door and job was completed in a relatively short time. Damien was courteous and professional. I chose Precision based on the good reviews. Technician Bryce Diesz called to give me a heads up when he was close, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a quick and timely repair and tune up and gave me some great tips to keep the garage door in great condition. My garage door frame was bent and damaged by my son’s car, the same day we closed on our home! I was desperate to get it fixed for the new owners. So pleased to get an appointment for the next day! I actually went by the reviews for Precision. And now I know why you have excellent reviews. Your Tech was amazing. Professional, Made a review of the problems I had with both garage doors. He explained several options and explained all of them step by step and what needed to be done to fix it. No if or but. I chose what was the right choice at the time for me. After it was done he explained all in detail how to use my remote controls to even the type of light bulb needed for the two new Door Openers. Very knowledgeable in his work. I recommend your employee for an awesome work delivered the same day. I am so thrilled at the final work at100 percent satisfied with your company and your employees that do the actual work in a quick and clean manner.
