The Technician was very nice and cordial, but I found out afterwards that I had been severely overcharged for the work I had done 2 springs and cables for $700.00 is extremely high. I'm a Senior citizen and got no break whatsoever. I have no extra money to throw away

Yes, your serviceman Victor deserves the highest 5 star rating possible…would be 10 Stars if could show that. His very friendly personality exceeded my expectation. After a bit of ‘chit chat’ he quickly solved my main problem.
