Awesome service, problem identification including immediate needs and potential problem areas in the future. Repairs were conducted quickly and the door is working better than expected. Absolutely the best service I've received in a long time. I called on Friday afternoon and Precision arrived early Saturday morning. I had two new garage door openers within 20 hours of initial contact. The rep, Ed, was probably one of the nicest and most informative people I've ever met. The new garage door openers are amazingly quiet and the technology has definitely advanced in the last 13 years since we had our previous openers installed. These things are controllable through our wifi! 100% satisfied with Precision and LiftMaster. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Ed!!
