Thank you for your business and feedback about your service. Five star service is what we strive to provide to all of our customers and we are sorry to see you felt you only received 3. Your request for a specific technician was noted on the appointment, but the name of the technician wasn't in the notes so when the job was dispatched, it was given to the technician in your area. We certainly could have sent the technician out that you wanted, had we known who to send. As for the technician sitting in the truck, he was writing up your estimate in the heat as it was cold outside. When our employees come to your home, they are required to do a 25 point inspection on your door and tell you all of the things currently wrong, or advise you on what might be an issue for you in the future. They are to present their findings and recommendations to the customer in case they want to proceed with those issues as well as the initial problem they were called out for. If he didn't communicate what he was doing clearly enough to you, we do apologize for that. Our service manager has tried to call you to discuss this with you over the phone, so please reach back out to him if you would like to discuss this further.

I think the guys who came out did a good job as far as the install went. However, what was suppose to be a opener repair turned into a total door rebuild! I’m not sure if it was needed or not, but how it was presented to me it was what I was told I needed! It was very expensive being $1750 with opener and rebuild. Next time I will use another company

Servicing your door with quality parts can be pricey and we completely understand that, but we will never do work on a door that is approved by the homeowner. The technician does a 25 point inspection and based on that inspection he presents the customer with his findings and recommendations. This process was done for you as well, and you approved the rebuild and motor quote. With your new motor and torsion rebuild, your door will be in working order for a long time, but if you need us, please don't hesitate to call.

Found you in the Trust Dale Certified Services Guide. Garage door broke and car of course was inside. I called around 2pm and got a early time for tomorrow but I had to get my dogs from day care by 7pm. They had Dustin here before 4pm. He was very kind and thorough. He wore gloves and was respectful of space due to the Coronavirus. A very nice young man! Thank you for your quick response and kindness! I can now leave and get my dogs before the shelter in place begins tonight. Be safe!!

After consulting with the main office at Precision they informed me that typical repairs are between 100 and $200. Upon service the technician was trying to sell me a $1200 conversion. When I told him no it was instantly $750.The used car salesman act does not go well with me. Come to find out they don’t know how to deal with Wayne dalton doors so they try to sell you a conversion. Total BS. I got my garage door fixed for $300 from somebody who actually knew how to fix it. I will never recommend this company.

FIVE STARS!! EVERY person we dealt with gave us FANTASTIC customer service! There were no hard sell tactics, there was only education and truly assisting us. We chose to purchase a new garage door, it is beautiful. The sales rep, the installer, the appointment setter, the follow up . . . . ALL FIVE STAR people!!!

Waited 3 days because I requested a specific technician. The technician I requested was not sent. The one that was sent spent the 1st 20 minutes sitting in his truck to work up estimates to the tune of over $1100 instead of focusing on fixing what I needed done. Would not recommend and would not use again. No communication as to what was wrong with the opener. No personality. Was polite but that is it. Had to text him to find out what he was doing sitting in his truck.
