I chose Precision because they were available the next day to fix our garage door (Sunday). And when your garage door is broken and your car is trapped the sooner it can be fixed the better! The technician was very knowledgeable and nice. I would definitely recommend Precision!!!!

My service technician was very friendly and informative. The only thing that I wish could improve is the arrival window of 4 hours. He arrived in the window that was promised and gave a courtesy call which was appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Our technician Victor was VERY knowledgeable and provided us with 3 options. He took the time to explain and show us everything. He was super friendly and kind. When he completed the repair he stayed and showed me how to open and close the door properly. I’ll ONLY use Precision Door from now on and recommend to everyone I know. I just purchased my home and after all the remodeling I incurred the garage door was my last hurdle. I spoke with a few door company’s when i called this company i felt a sense of calm and professionalism. The salesman was very informed on products and pricing, after paying deposit i was given an install date. The installer showed up on time but only one guy and this was a 4pane 15 foot wide insulated door. I was worried to say the least however Fred Griffin took this task without a second breath. I can not express how this company so professionally handled this task. I give this company a five star rating and recommend it to anyone needing a garage door. I am a very satisfied customer.

Rick was very pleasant, polite, easy-going, and professional. He seemed to enjoy his work and was well prepared, including a fan and a radio for music (he even asked us if we minded if he used the radio - we didn't mind). Our garage door broke over the weekend. We called Precision Monday morning around 8:30 am and they were able to accommodate my need to have an afternoon appointment. The window was 4 - 6 and at 3:45 I received a call from Brandon who said he would arrive at 4. By 5:30 we had new springs and hardware and the door was fixed. When I arrived home Brandon and my husband were talking like they were old friends, joking around. Brandon was great and if we need service ever again, Precision and Brandon will be who we call. Thank you for fixing my garage door so quick and efficiently.

Dustin was my technician. He called one hour before arriving and was actually 30 minutes earlier than the repair window, which was MUCH appreciated. He was training Michael, so he had help getting my garage door fixed. It was obvious Michael was not far from going solo as he was very knowledgable, just like Dustin. I called Precision due to their great reviews. My door was starting to get misaligned, and one of the cables was starting to fray. One of the two coil springs was starting to "wave", indicating it was at the end of its life. Dustin knew immediately how to remedy the situation. I had him install new 20,000 cycle springs, drum bearings, main bearing, and new cables. He also lubricated all moving parts of the door and the guide rail for the opener. The door is running great and is super QUIET now. While onsite, Dustin and Michael lubricated my smaller garage door and opener in the basement at no charge. They also gave me plenty of tips on maintaining the doors and extending their life. Dustin and Michael were incredibly personable and professional. All of the work above was done in less than an hour! I will call no one else besides Precision for all garage door needs.

I had an emergency repair that needed same day repair. I was able to make an appointment online and the technician Dustin came out and was able to repair my garage door with no problem. I appreciate the prompt and courteous service. Dustin walked me through what needed to be repaired and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost prior to beginning any work. The price was more than what I expected, but Dustin went through the costs of everything. I had to have the repair done today and was glad Dustin came to repair it!
