I was replacing a garage door opener that was not to my specifications. I am a gadget person and love the latest technology. I got just what I wanted and more. Me and my wife was mostly impressed with the garage door installer Craig K. He was very professional. He knew his job well.We had a problem with our garage door in the beginning but, Craig didn’t stop until he found a solution. Thanks Craig! It is guys like you that make good things happen. I was highly impressed with the overall service I received from Precision. From the first phone call, I received superior service the moment this lady answered the phone. She answered all of my questions with the utmost courtesy and knowledge. It was then, I knew I wanted to give Precision my business. A gentleman later called me back the same day and scheduled a service appointment that worked with my schedule. Travis, who provided the service, was very professional and knowledgeable of what I needed. He installed new garage door springs and pulleys very efficiently and in a timely manner. Travis gave a very thorough explanation of the service he was about to perform and offered tips that will extend the life of my garage doors. Thanks Travis! I will definitely recommend Precision to family. friends, and neighbors for their garage door needs.
