I was throughly pleased with the service we received. The garage door broke the night before. I called Precision based on their ratings that night and got appointment the next day. Shaun was our service tech. He quickly determined the problem, had the parts on his truck and was finished in less than 2 hours. He was professional, very experienced & pleasant to talk to.

My garage door mechanism broke "of course" on a Saturday evening. When I saw how crooked the gate was and the rails were bent, the rollers fell out, I thought, now I'm screwed. At Sunday afternoon everything was like new “and with warranty”. Very fast service with a fair price. My recommendation is 100%

Good service call, but few things you need to pay attemtion to, technician did not ask me how the position of the openers on my wall , i want them in what order? He chose it without asking me, and the second opener, glass shows some dirt inside of it , or some dots that i cannot remove. Thanks

20+ year old garage door broke and wouldn’t open on a Saturday afternoon (car inside). Found Precision online and scheduled an appointment for Sunday by online chat-super easy. Sunday, Victor called and asked if he could come early because he was ahead of schedule. He was super nice and knowledgeable. (Even the dogs liked him!) We figured it was time to buy a new door. He answered all our questions and made the process again, super easy. Because we bought the new door, the repair was free to get us through until the new install. Very impressed with the whole process! Thanks Victor!

Michael was on time and professional. The was not as familiar with my Overhead Door unit as the brand Precision sells but he called a friend who was. Unfortunately the friend was unavailable so we didn’t get my wife’s phone connected but he did connect my Homelink in my car and the annual maintenance was done quickly. He also had the brochures I had requested on new doors. I am satisfied with my new garage door company (so long Overhead Door) and look forward to our new relationship for years to come.

I rarely write reviews. if ever. But now is the time. We recently had our entire garage door repaired/rebuilt with all new components. From the time I called customer service for an exploratory appointment to having a superstar in Michael handle the rebuild, I we received outstanding and polite customer service explaining everything as the process progressed. There is no need to shop around, this is the best company to do business...and the pricing is more than reasonable. BRAVO!

We had quick, Efficient, and same-day service with the garage door working better than before it broke. They also adjusted it so that my SUV hatch would not scrape against the top of the garage door anymore when opening the hatch. I highly recommend Precision. Our service rep was very professional and courteous.
