Responsive and dependable. Shaun showed up on time and was very professional. No pressure on the sale after performing some maintenance on our door. We did decide to replace the old opener to ensure we did not have an issue down the road. Cost was a couple hundred higher than what you might get with others, but appreciate the professional install.

I called Precision door to have a technician come and help me with my digital key pad that the home builder installed for me. Precision sent Kris Baxter to assist me. When Kris arrived he was so professional and courteous. He realized immediately that the builder installed the wrong key pad and that the installation of the garage was not good quality work. I was very upset with the builder being I have just been in my brand new home 30 days. I learned more about my garage from Kris than the superintendent who walked me through my home. While Kris was at my home I was able to get the superintendent to come by my home and Kris explained to him all the issues that were incorrect. The home builder stated it was under warranty and they would correct everything. I know garage doors dont last forever but going foward when my warranty expires I will only call Precision door to provide maintenance and or replacement. I will certainly tell all my neighbors about Precision door and to highly request Kris for their technician. Kris exhibited a level of old school customer service that you just dont see anymore. I was so pleased with his outstanding customer service and I hope he gets nominated for employee of the year. He certainly is an asset to Precision Door.

Dustin Bourchier gave off a very salesmen vibe and was very condescending In his responses when I asked about product and Pricing. I was very put off by that and wanted to cut things short at that point. I asked him to just email me the best price and I would decide from there. His response was, “I’m NOT going to email you my BEST PRICE but I will email you my Retail Price later”. I just nodded my head ok and went inside. I later received an email with a price quote much lower than he verbally stated along with a voicemail from him stating, “I got AUTHORIZATION to email you the BEST PRICE and it should be in your email now”. I’m pretty sure he realized after he left that he shouldn’t have acted the way he did and was trying to do damage control. This experience made me not want to do business with Precision.

He was unaware that there was an option to email out just one quote as we usually email out Good/Better/Best. It was only after speaking with his manager did he get instructions on how to do that. Great service! I requested service and they were able to come out the same day. I ended up needing a new motor and after giving me a few options to choose from, it was installed right away. The tech was super friendly and explained everything clearly before completing the work. I’ve used Precision twice now and would recommend them to anyone!

Our neighbor website recommend Precision, My garage door required repairs, the service tech arrived when promised. He also took the time to explained ever option we had to fix the garage door. As he was fixing the door he explained ever step. I am very pleased with the service and especially with the service tech, if we require more repairs I will be calling them back and requesting the same service tech.
