Service was outstanding. My tech (Shannon Webster) was knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. He was able to get the job done with no problems and also examined both doors for problems and defects. I definitely plan to call him (precision) back to update and repair our doors going forward.

Recommended by neighbor…. Derek pSkaggs was very professional but nice, kind, patient and he was down to earth. He was able to diagnose and resolve my case within minutes. Working from home makes it easy, but with meetings it can by hard to be available. He did his job with minimal interaction with me but just enough interaction to complete his work. Roy Thomas was my technician. He was awesome!!! He arrived on time and early. Roy stated it would take him about 15 minutes to look every over to see why my door was malfunctioning. The motor on my opener was slowly dying. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient. I am beyond satisfied with my new garage door opener and the service I received.
