WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Tried to support a local company, but my mistake for not shopping around for a better deal. The Door is fixed, service was prompt, and tech was polite. But shame on me for not comparing. Next time I will go with my gut and call overhead Door Atlanta

Ed was great -- competent, friendly, quick. We had to leave before he finished, and when we returned all the work was completed and everything worked. He had programmed everything for us, so all we had to do was change the remotes and keypad to our own codes. I would never hesitate to recommend Precision--and Ed in particular. Thanks!

I have had problems with my garage door for years, but two weeks ago it stopped completely. I did not know where to turn with so many companies advertising it can be a bit overwhelming. I saw a commercial and a advertisement in our neighborhood paper for Precision and decided to give them a call. Boy what a great decision. Outstanding service! I called about a very noisy jerky garage door. I called on a Thursday afternoon, received an appointment the next day Friday. The young, I think the name was Mr. Davis, was on time, very pleasant and friendly. He explained everything patiently and thorough. He explained options, i decided on replacing the motor and other hardware. Mr. Davis did an excellent job, quiet door. He explained how to program everything. I’m very pleased!

I was initially hesitant about using your company but I'm so glad I did. Even with the few hiccups the representative Edward Davis was AWESOME! His main goal was to make me happy. He had to call someone before he could make any decisions and whomever he spoke with was just as great. This company is a winner and I will never use anyone else. I felt like I knew Edward for years.
