My garage door was broken for a while, when I decided to fix it, I went online. I saw a lot of companies that specialize in garage door services. For some reason I chose precision. I read the reviews and gave them a call. I called towards the end of work, the next morning someone was knocking at my door. Brandon looked at it and told me what was wrong with it. When he asked me if I wanted him to fix it, I thought he was going to schedule a day and time that he would come back. He fixed it within few hours. He is a very hard worker, honest, polite, professional, knowledgeable, smart and humble. Fixing my garage door cost me twice more than I budgeted but I am very happy with Brandon's work. When I read the reviews, I thought that some of it were made up until I saw the proof. I would recommend precision to friends and family over and over again.

Just purchased a new home, and called the Overhead Door Company of Atlanta to install a keypad, and fix an alignment issue. The "gentleman" that arrived had an attitude, and said that their keypad would not work with the implied inferior brand, Linear opener, that my builder had installed. Later found out they have a relationship with Genie brand openers, therefore the rude behavior. Being that they took care of my garage door needs for over 20 years in my previous home, I was disappointed with their behavior. I saw an ad for Precision, called them, and they were out a day later. They installed a keypad, resolved the door alignment issue, and were courteous and professional throughout the process. I've since recommended them to my neighbor, and would do so to anyone needing garage door related service or equipment!

I have a residential steel garage door that is 18' wide by 8' high. One of my springs snapped in two after 14 years of daily usage. I looked on the Internet, read reviews, and gave myself a good education regarding what was involved with the workings of the door and differences in the quality of the available replacement parts. I called Precision Door of Atlanta around 7pm and the serviceman arrived around 10am the next day as promised. Christian was polite and did a through exam of all the moving parts including the gears in the garage door opener. He gave me a detailed quote and explained every part that was either needed or recommended. I decided to go with the best option since I want the system to perform well for a long time to come. Looking at the replacement parts it was clear they exceeded the quality of the original parts. I assume you get what you pay for. Precision Door's service is not cheap but I was very happy with the service and the outcome.

Was happy to use Precision Services for a second time to replace my garage door. I originally had a tune up through Angie's List, and invited them back to do the repairs. Tim, Travis, and Brandon were very efficient, patient, and kind. They answered all my questions, and made recommendations without making me feel pressured into any commitments. I had a problem with my door not closing so I called and they came out right away and found that one of the eyes was out of alinement and that solved my problem. This is the second door they have done for us and both jobs were excellent.
