Many Thanks to Precision Door for your outstanding service. I recently had some work done on my doors and hardware. For some reason one of the doors began to not close properly. I called and a repair technician came out immediately and made a small adjustment. Now everything is working fine and my wife and I are very happy. It's good to still have companies like yours around that can be counted on to do quality work. Both of the technicians that came out were very professional and knowledgeable.

Precision Doors earned 5 stars all around! After researching door companies, your ratings, awards and reviews, we made the call to replace our over 40 year old wood doors. Orion Smith came out a few days later, took measurements, answered all questions, and gave a fair estimate which included everything, nothing hidden. A few days later, we visited the Norcross garage door showroom. This really helped to see the different door styles up close. Tina Bullock walked us through the showroom and pasted several door designs on our house photos. We made the custom order, and doors were installed about 3 weeks later. Your door installer, Senior Technician Tyler Walsh did an OUTSTANDING job. I know he's installed and worked on hundreds, maybe thousands of doors, and it shows. I too am a technician, and I observed and chatted while he worked, He is a true professional. He was very organized, very courteous, answered any questions, confirmed all door operations, and left no dust behind. We have a corner home, and were very pleased with the "new look". I Give Precision 5 stars,our garage remotes wasn’t working, so Chasen Pike , your tech was sent out, he did a very theral check of the garage door and it’s components, then opened the unit and found the problem with the motherboard, he replaced the unit. I found Chasen Pikes to be very knowledgeable and professional,great service tech, great customer service , so he also pointed out a couple of things that needed to be taken care of in the near future, I will be calling Precision,and request Chasen Pikes, thanks so much.

I seen the booth set up at the Home Show, and was looking at the openers and a lady came up to me if I had any questions and I did she answer them all for me very professionaly. She gave a card and I gave you all a call a couple days days later, they sent someone out right away and that afternoon and took care of me and I was impressed by the installer was very knowledgeable and professional about the installation. I almost gave up trying to talk to the answering service, it was a bad connection and they know nothing about Atlanta, that was the only down fall from the whole appointment. Thanks and keep up the great work.
