I was very pleased with the tech’s expertise. After weighing my very heavy wooden door he replaced my broken 28 inch torsion springs with a much strongEr pair of 39 inch coated. He replaced both sets of cables since one side was visibly frayed. He straightened out my slightly bent tracks and also reset my external keypad....I had owned the house for three years and had never been able to figure out how to do it. I was pleased that the truck was stocked with all the needed springs, cables, etc and was able to diagnose and complete the job in the same visit. I would highly recommend this company!

My technician Fabio did an outstanding job. The communication before he got here was awesome. And once he got here he explained everything to me. And he did an incredible job. He was very nice very polite and really educated me about my door. I know more about a garage door now than I did before he came. Ryn who was my repair technician did a excellent job. The service was great and he was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He was quick and efficient and I am glad I chose Precision! He replaced my drums, cables and springs. As we as fixed the gap at the top of my door and replaced the weather strip. I am completely satisfied with the work and thanks for the wonderful service. You will be my go to company whenever I don't feel like doing g the work.

Called to have our garage door looked at as it was making noise when closing and the chain was loose. What we got was a tech trained to be a salesman who quoted us either $300+ or $600+ to fix things we weren't sure were wrong. Bad-mouthed the competition endlessly and in the end, we just had him adjust the chain for $95.00. I've been in sales all my life and never say negative things about my competition because it makes me look unprofessional. Appreciate their help in adjusting the chain, but will never use this company again.

Precision was extremely helpful this morning when a tenant in my home was stuck in the garage and unable to drive to work on time. They were able to get to the house quickly this morning to assist with getting her vehicle out of the garage and repairing the garage door in a timely manner. Jeremy, the technician involved with the repair, was very nice and explained all of the repairs and cost in detail. I am thankful Precision was available as quickly as they were this morning to make the garage door repair. I will definitely recommend their services to my friends and family!
