I found you folks on line and just took a chance. I must say meeting the repair person Emilio was made the my situation a success story. KUDOS to Emilio! The moment he arrived on site I was professionally greeted and simply asked what happened and hoped no one was hurt. After taking a moment to assess the issue he asked my help to brace the doors back in place and he took over from there. My door was badly damaged over the weekend and had to be secured first and then replaced. I called and purchased a new replacement door due to the extensive damage then scheduled both securing the damaged door and installing the replacement door. Ryan arrived in two hours that same day to secure the door so I could safely get through the weekend. The new upgraded door is in stock and will be installed less than a week from when I initiated contact with Precision Door. I am truly impressed with their performance on all levels.
