Was completely blown away by the courtesy and professionalism displayed by technician Chasen Pike! He was very thorough in explaining the different options available to me in purchasing a door opener and explained each option in detail. It was very refreshing dealing with Chasen throughout the whole installation process! My wife and I couldn't be any happier with the results! Thank you all so much!!!

Ed Davis was our tech. He was awesome! Came around 5:00pm on Saturday and worked until about 8:30. Didn't have all the parts then but he's here again today to finish the job. Very pleased with his work ethics and performance. Door is 20 years old and he's made it like new. Thanks Ed for all your hard work!

He had such great customer service skills, so friendly and helpful! Ed did a great job installing my new garage door opener and did a thorough job of explaining all features and the warranties! Our garage door shut with the car inside -we called immediately to have it repaired. Chase came out within the hour and installed a new opener. He worked quickly and gave us the best price. The service was great! He was very professional and represented his company well!

Hi Tim, Dealing with your company from start to finish was a true pleasure. I saw your TV Ad and then went to your website while I was sitting on my couch. Up popped a chat box and right then I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Your technician, Ed was very polite and knowledgeable. He was diligent to test everything before telling me I needed a new garage door opener. I really wasn't surprised at his assessment because mine was 20 years old. I greatly appreciate his diligence in testing everything instead of just assuming I needed a new garage door opener because of the age like many people probably would have done. I also greatly appreciate that he made sure everything was working properly, my new App was set up and working and that I understood the functions on my new garage door opener, and he was pleased to do so!
