Precision invites you to visit our Marietta garage door showroom. We have more than 10 doors on display along with sample panels of many more. We also have a number of LiftMaster Garage Door Openers on display including belt drive, chain drive, and jackshaft (wall mounted) models. Our showroom is located minutes off I-75. Take Exit 265 and head west on North Marietta Parkway (120A) towards Cobb Parkway N. Turn left on Cobb Parkway heading South. Our showroom is located about a half a mile up the road on the Southbound side of Cobb Parkway, just past Public Storage (and Six Flags White Water across the highway).

I called on Saturday with a garage door opener that would not open. Was told that they could get me taken care of on Saturday....Saturday just after 9:00AM I received a call from Precision's technicians telling me he was on the way to our home. He showed up shortly and proceeded to determine what the problem was, quoted me options, I made my selection of options for repair and he proceeded to very promptly and professionally take care of the repair that I had ordered. He then proceeded to service and adjust my garage door and then cleaned up his tools and handed me the bill for his work. Very nice young man, very knowledgeable and professional in his repair process. We had used Precision Garage Door Service 4 1/2 years ago when we purchased the door in question and would use them again if the need ever arises.

Precision came out to our house, told us that our motor was shot and gave us a $500+ quote to replace the opener and change our rollers. The technician didn't do any diagnostics, so we declined. We took the covers off and found the motor working fine, just some chewed up gears. $16 on Amazon and 2 hours later, all repaired and working. Most infuriating thing was the way the tech treated us after declining. Got an attitude and said good luck getting something from Home Depot. No real concern or concession from the owner either after we called upon completion of our repair. Do not recommend using this company.

Scotty is the most personable, knowledgeable technician I have met. He provided at least eight options to solve the problem we have been experiencing starting with the least expensive to the most expensive option. After discussing the pros and cons of each option, taking into account the age of our equipment, decided on the most extensive service. He went straight to work and installed springs, rollers, key pads, motor and cables finishing in only in 2 1/2 hours. All systems go. Scotty is a great asset to your company!

Brandon arrived on time to my house and he was a very nice man . He diagnosed what was wrong with my door and he explained everything. To tell The truth I felt sorry for him because it was 103°. Our garage door torsion bar failed, and we thought the door would fall on the car inside. I reviewed various vendors, and the positive reviews of Precision Door, led us there. Just one call led to Scotty coming to our home within hours. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He conducted a thorough inspection, and after reviewing both our doors we chose to replace them after he educated us on our old doors (19 years) and were on the cusp of needing replacement anyway. Highly recommend!!! Called late in the evening for my garage not opening. The tech (Cory V) arrived promptly - very professional and courteous. Quickly assessed the problem and explained the issue and solution clearly. Took less than 2 hours to replace everything but the door. I would definitely call the again.

Technician, Mr. Allen Morgan was very knowledgeable and professional. Although, he came to replace the remote key pad component. He diagnosed problems( I was not aware of) with the existing torsion spring system which require immediate replacement. So whenever I am ready for this work, I will contact Precision Garage Door Services.
