He explained the problem in a friendly manner and in no time the door was better than new. Brandon was extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service throughout his visit. We had a broken spring that he was able to quickly fix. But, we also had other concerns with the original install of the door; he quickly identified the areas of concern and provided multiple solutions for addressing. We sincerely appreciated his guidance and skill/expertise - Total visit was about an hour to identify and fix all issues! Thank you Brandon and Precision!!

I called Sunday morning because our garage door would not close. I could not believe we received a same day appointment on Sunday! Our service technician Jesus called 20 minutes prior to arrival, which was before the appointment time. He was polite, listened carefully, and fixed my garage door quickly. I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Allen called 30 minutes prior to coming as promised. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He then reprogrammed all of our garage door remotes. He then waived the service fee! We have used Precision in the past. Once again, they delivered exceptional service!

Dustin went over and above in his service to repair our garage door. He even went beyond his scope of work by helping to repair a garage door panel that we did not even noticed needed repair. He was professional, respectful and so helpful! Precision is true to their word regarding their warrantee!

Have used precision numerous times over the past few years. Extremely disappointed in you guys this time. Minimum charge is $29 and I got exactly the minimum service but was charged almost $100. Technician just realigned the sensor. Took exactly 30 seconds. Didn't even do a further inspection of the garage door. Absolutely felt ripped off by your service this time. Will be using someone else in the future!

helpful and knowledgeable tech. though felt somewhat fleeced. it’s on me. i agreed to a price. work was done in like 30 mins. i thought it was a much much more involved repair. had i known it was that quick of a fix with very minimal part costs i would have most definitely got other quotes.
