Brandon arrived on time to my house and he was a very nice man . He diagnosed what was wrong with my door and he explained everything. To tell The truth I felt sorry for him because it was 103°. I asked him did he have a card on him and he gave me one with with his name on it I told him if I ever had any more trouble thaf i would ask for him because I like to use the same person that comes the first time and because he did a very good job and I would refer him and the company…

Our garage door torsion bar failed, and we thought the door would fall on the car inside. I reviewed various vendors, and the positive reviews of Precision Door, led us there. Just one call led to Scotty coming to our home within hours. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He conducted a thorough inspection, and after reviewing both our doors we chose to replace them after he educated us on our old doors (19 years) and were on the cusp of needing replacement anyway. Highly recommend!!! Called late in the evening for my garage not opening. The tech (Cory V) arrived promptly - very professional and courteous. Quickly assessed the problem and explained the issue and solution clearly. Took less than 2 hours to replace everything but the door. I would definitely call the again.

helpful and knowledgeable tech. though felt somewhat fleeced. it’s on me. i agreed to a price. work was done in like 30 mins. i thought it was a much much more involved repair. had i known it was that quick of a fix with very minimal part costs i would have most definitely got other quotes.

Brandon was extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service throughout his visit. We had a broken spring that he was able to quickly fix. But, we also had other concerns with the original install of the door; he quickly identified the areas of concern and provided multiple solutions for addressing.
