Highly recommend!!! Called late in the evening for my garage not opening. The tech (Cory V) arrived promptly - very professional and courteous. Quickly assessed the problem and explained the issue and solution clearly. Took less than 2 hours to replace everything but the door. I would definitely call the again.

Allen Morgan performed the service on our garage door. He was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do in repairing our door. He gave us options and told us what parts would be needed. He did a tremendous job and we could not be more pleased with the work he did. helpful and knowledgeable tech. though felt somewhat fleeced. it’s on me. i agreed to a price. work was done in like 30 mins. i thought it was a much much more involved repair. had i known it was that quick of a fix with very minimal part costs i would have most definitely got other quotes.

Brandon was extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service throughout his visit. We had a broken spring that he was able to quickly fix. But, we also had other concerns with the original install of the door; he quickly identified the areas of concern and provided multiple solutions for addressing. We sincerely appreciated his guidance and skill/expertise - Total visit was about an hour to identify and fix all issues! Thank you Brandon and Precision!!

I called Sunday morning because our garage door would not close. I could not believe we received a same day appointment on Sunday! Our service technician Jesus called 20 minutes prior to arrival, which was before the appointment time. He was polite, listened carefully, and fixed my garage door quickly. I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Allen called 30 minutes prior to coming as promised. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He then reprogrammed all of our garage door remotes. He then waived the service fee! We have used Precision in the past. Once again, they delivered exceptional service!

Dustin went over and above in his service to repair our garage door. He even went beyond his scope of work by helping to repair a garage door panel that we did not even noticed needed repair. He was professional, respectful and so helpful! Precision is true to their word regarding their warrantee!
