Michael Powell came to look at a fraying wire on my garage door. He reviewed the age and things that needed to be done. He offered me "Good" "Better" and "Best" options which were priced at approximately $400, $700 and $800 with warranties of 1-year, 2-3 year, and 10-year. I think he did an excellent job, communicated clearly what he did and what the next repair would most likely be.

Roy Thomas was our Service Tech for our garage door that was not closing all the way. Right away he was able to advise me what the problem was and explained to me my options. Roy was very knowledgeable and courteous the whole time here and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Doors! After dealing with another garage door company since August; this is now November and we still have no new garage door. They took our deposit and never showed or called over 6 times! So we decided to contact PRECISION. The Sales guy was out here on date and time as promised, the office called the next day to schedule the door and the company called the day before to let us know they would be there the next day (as promised). Received a call from installer an hours before he arrived. He installed and did a great job! We actually got a BETTER door, in 2 weeks... for less money than the previous no show guys! Everyone from sales person to installer was polite and professional. The door looks amazing!

Service representative was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He repaired my door by replacing parts that had prevented my garage door from opening. Representative gave a full explanation of new parts 1/2 HP MOTOR, 1 light, 2 remotes, wall button,7 ft. chain rail, and safety sensors. I was given explanation of why the need for replacement, and details for operating the door and remotes. It should be noted that I DID NOT receive a second light bulb although description of equipment provided indicated TWO lights. Representative advised that IF I had a light bulb he would install it in the overhead mechanism. Service was good, but it should be noted that a consumer should ALWAYS receive what they are entitled to during a service call. ONE LIGHT BULB MISSING!! It was not until I received my email receipt (after the representative left) that I realized I had an entitlement to the second light bulb at the time of installation as it was indicated on the receipt. Just calling attention to a consumer issue. It should be noted that I would recommend this company.

No one from your business has contacted me to correct the fact that you did not provide the total service we paid for. Again, our purchase through Angie's list included a tune up and roller replacement and our roller was NOT replaced during the service call. Your technician was very professional and courteous but we have no plans to ever use your company again unless you remedy your oversight.
