Was very easy to book an appointment online during nonbusiness hours. No surprises on cost. Technician Joe called when on his way and was very prompt. Took care of my issues and was on his way. Excellent service and communication.

The Technician came prepared to fix my issue not just do and estimate. He had the right replacement spring and tools and went to work. Joe was finished in under an hour and and everything worked as it should. Joe gave instructions to maintain the spring and other parts. Gary Brannen was so kind and helpful. After making the initial call, i was surprised and delighted to get a same day appointment. Gary called about 10 minutes after to give me a time of arrival. Our springs broke and we had a few wear and tear issues. Gary came on time. It was nice to have him explain what happened to the door and give us an understanding on the materials needed, why and most importantly the cost. He gave us 2 breakdowns on price and because of his thorough explanation we decided to change a few other things now. ( we use our garage doors heavily. And we realized it would be a matter of time something else had to be changed) . The work was done quickly. He showed us the new parts and explained the warranties and what they cover. He was so patient, and didn't mind repeating himself on the ins and outs of the process. Go ahead and give this man a raise for doing a great job and also being generous with his time.

The doors are gorgeous! The opener smoother and quieter than what we had. The installers were professional and personable. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was happy. The service was outstanding. I called around 9:30 am to get an appointment. What I got was same day service. The service agent Anthony Watts was here by 11:30 am. My belts, motors, springs were all 20 years old. We changed out everything in the system except the doors themselves (I have two doors). The job was completed by 3:00 pm. Anthony did an excellent job. He was very helpful and gave great advice about what needed replacement. He programed our car remotes and new key pad. Then walked us through the adding of the app on our phones.

Precision Door sent Joe to inspect my opener the next day of my call. Joe was prompt, knowledgeable and respectful. Next day service is amazing these days and Joe was very competent. He installed a new garage door torsion spring and all the system that goes along with it for both doors in a very reasonable amount of time. Very prompt and efficient service.
