Very unfortunate that I have to give 1 Starr for the no service . My garage door needed to push back couple inches to get clearance for my new car lift gate when it power opened.I was advised by the technician that I needed new tracks to raise the height of garage door.The cost ..whopping 450 dollars. What I found out that by moving a stop switch couple inches back,the garage door will push couple inches and give enough clearance ...I think your company tried to scoop up money....Very unfortunate

Precision as a company can only properly move a door up in height by manufacturer specs. It is improper to move the limit setting back as it pulls the cables and back winds the spring and drums. It may seem to be an easy cost free solution, but certainly not the proper one. We are sorry you felt a bad review was in order because we chose to do things professionally and warranty our work. With the awards & Trust Dale certification, I felt that Precision would do the job correct. From the moment I called, I felt comfortable talking with the dispatcher. She said the tech would call me before arrival. She set his arrival between 10am-2pm. Roy called me at 9:43 am,to give let me know that he was on the way. I asked him to call me back when he was closer, so that I may put my dog away. He said no problem and called when he was closer. When he arrived, we chatted for a little bit about life as he assessed the issue. He told me exactly what the problem was and he is very knowledgeable! He gave me his recommendations to repair the door and gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. Roy is the epitome of customer service! I felt like I was talking to a friend as he performed the job on my door. Upon completion, he cleaned up the area and even installed a new string on my disconnect because the other one was filthy from the grease of the spring. I see why they have the awards and the certification!

Excellent service & very professional technician, Victor. He was very thorough on inspection of both garage doors. Specific requirement was to replace garage door remote which he did on the spot. He also provided estimates on options to be considered on future needs of equipment due to age. Only concern was the price of the new remote, which I consider excessive-$79 for remote + $99 for programming it which took a max of 30 seconds. I will still seriously consider Precision for future business.

Great customer service. We called and, they came out the next morning at 10am. Our technician called to let us know he was on the way and gave us an ETA of 30 minutes. He arrived on time and inspected our door issues. He gave us an estimate for 2 repair options. We choose the option that we felt was the best solution. He got to work on the repair immediately. Job took about 30 minutes and we were very happy with the quality of the service and product. We would definitely recommend this company.

Our Technician (Roy) was friendly, professional and very helpful - called ahead and arrived on time. He gave us multiple options and explained each option, materials to be installed, prices and corresponding warranties in detail. Technician called to let me know he was on the way. Joe arrived as promised and explained the difference in models. I choose the one that best suited our needs. Joe immediately went to work installing the new opener and keypad. Did a basic maintenance package that was offered for an additional cost. Joe explained all features and made sure I knew how everything worked. He also explained their warranty in case of any issues. From start to finish Joe completed the installation and removed the old unit in a reasonable amount of time. Very professional and excellent customer service by the technician. Cost was a bit higher than I expected but, unit is obviously a higher quality product than the standard lower cost and quality unit we previously had. We’re very satisfied with both the opener and service.

I was in desperate to have my garage door repaired, thankfully I called the folks and Precision . They set up an appointment for 4:00 that afternoon . Brandon called me and told me he could be at my house in 15 minutes . When he got there he told me he could have it fixed in 45 minutes or sooner and boy did he . He was a very pleasant man and knew his business ! In 30 minutes he had my door working perfectly . I can't say enough about the great service Precision and Brandon did for me that day !! Great experience. We received a reminder call the day before the Installer was scheduled to stop by. Then the Installer (Scott) called that morning to introduce himself and confirm what time he would be arriving. Scott arrived on time, completed the job in approx. 4 hours. I was amazed that he could remove the old doors, door opener & hardware. Then install the new doors, all the new hardware and the opener in that amount of time. The installation looks great and the doors operate perfectly. He removed all the trash from the install and was a pleasure to work with. The doors look great! We are extremely satisfied so far.

The price was good, they were on time, and replaced our old door in just 1-1/2 hours. It looks good, is quieter than the old door and seals perfectly. Our old door was made of wood panels and over time the springs lifted the ends up and the opener pushed the center section down, resulting in gaps at the ends and lots of mice in the garage.

Garage door is beautiful to look at but makes too much noise. Technician who installed was very professional as was the technician who came to investigate what we believe is excessive noise when door opens and closes. Unfortunately advised that is the noise all doors make, not sure about that since we have owned several homes where garage doors did not make this much noise. But we could buy an insulation pkg which might help another expense over the cost of the $2000+ door.

Your repairman called and arrived early. He explained my problem, gave some advice on preventive care, and completed the repair within an hour. Pleasant conversation, a learning experience, and a job well done!
