I called about my problem with the garage door chain this morning at about 11:30ish and Dustin was at my house at 2:45. He came and figured out and showed me the issue right away, went to his truck got the replacement part and completed the job in less than 30 mins. He even gave me some pointers to keep the garage door working smoothly. My garage door runs smoother and quieter than ever!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!

I called Precision when is spring broke yesterday morning totally disabling the garage door. Juan the technician showed up the same day was very professional and did a great job evaluating what needed to be done and making a recommendation. Roy Thomas was excellent. Very nice and professional young man. He identified the issues with our garage and had all the supplies with him to fix it (which made it so much easier — our neighbor, who didn’t use Precision, had to wait an extra day for his repair man to buy the supplies). No delay, quick and easy. I will definitely use Precision again and recommend to others!

My garage door opener failed at about 0900, leaving my car trapped in the garage. I called at about 0910. Precision Door was able to get a technician to me quickly. By 1115, my garage door had been repaired. Outstanding service, on both the original installation 3 1/2 years ago and on this short notice response.

I was having an issue with my garage door opening - it had what was called "phantom" opening and closings. I felt like I was on a episode of bewitched and someone kept opening and closing the door on me! Precision Door sent someone out to repair this immediately and covered the repair. Jeremiah did a great job in fixing and arrived at the first point in the window I was provided. Great company and service!!

Dustin and Roy came on time as promised and went right to work. They made the installation of the keypad and selling and programming the two new remotes look easy. Dustin programmed my car in 3 minutes and it would have taken me a week trying to read the owners manual and do it. I will call again when I need any repairs or replacements.

I first called another garage door company. They said the door could not be fixed, that I would need a complete new door for around $2500.00. This sounded wrong so I called Precision to get a second opinion. I got an appointment immediately. Brandon was right on time and quickly accessed the problem. He gave me two estimates for the work needed. Of course it was a very reasonable price and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Brandon explained the work that was done and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. This is a well run company puts the customers best interests first. Thank you Brandon!
