Chris arrived on time per appointment, easily made online, and his phone call as he was on the way. He was very courteous, personable, professional and knowledgeable. Inspected our old garage door, explained our options and the associated costs, worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned everything up before he left. Can’t ask for more.

I couldn’t have been more impressed with the professionalism of this company. Adam did not look at my old garage and see something he couldn’t handle. Josh was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. My only complaint about the company was that I was quoted a price over the phone that turned out to be only half the price of doing a thorough job (it's $89 for maintenance on the garage door, and then another $89 for maintenance on the motor -- it wasn't made clear that those are two different things).

The technician was knowledgeable & he gave me a variety of of options based on cost & need. I had a pleasant experience with Scottie who notified me of his arrival 30 minutes before as promised when I booked my appointment and showed up within the promised time range. He was friendly, professional, and obviously knowledgeable as he was able to figure out the problem with my garage door quickly. He explained what he was going to do and the cost before he started working. I did end up needing a whole new torsion spring system replacement because my old one was so old that Precision doesn't carry it, but I was assured of the quality of the new one. Scottie worked in a timely fashion, and I am pleased with the results. He also taught me some garage maintenance and things to watch for. I will definitely be using Precision for my future garage door needs.
