My garage door would not open. I saw that one of the springs was broken. Kris showed me the hinges that torn from stress. The price to rebuild the door was more than I had expected but I have never encountered this problem before. Kris explained the situation and gave me several options. He completed the work in less than two hours.

I called Saturday to inquire about a repair of a broken spring on my garage door. Sent a repair technician, Mike, on Sunday. He completed the job in a timely manner and did an inspection on my door to give me a heads up about future issues I may have. Price was on par with what I expected. Quick and reliable. No issues.
