Aaron was an amazing tech! I was not able to be home at the time of service. He called 20 min before he arrived, sent me pictures of what was wrong, and gave me very reasonable pricing options! My wife said he was just as fantastic in person! Garage door works great now, definitely would recommend!

We just bought a new home, and the garage doors had no openers. David came out to give us estimates on new garage doors and to install garage door openers. He was extremely courteous and professional. He broke down the costs of what we needed door by door, and showed us what we needed now, and what could wait. I feel that this fellow was a scam artist. He used High pressure tactics. He just wouldn't take that I could not purchase something, that he wanted me to purchase today. He wanted to replace the springs; the motor, and then he wanted another $125, for a service call, to tighten the screws that were apparently coming loose. He said he would take a post dated check (3 or 4 times); that I wouldn't get this good a deal any other day; that we can do it all while I'm here now. I had to say, an excessive amount of time: I can't do it today; I don't have the money; I have a check coming next week, I will call you then; I have a termite guy coming today that I need to have money for him (which was absolutely true). He brought out the box, thinking that I would change my mind, if he showed me the box. He first wanted to replace a whole panel. When I asked him if he could just replace the door with a new rail and rubber, he said no. Until, he called someone, and then it became acceptable to do that. This is why I don't like calling a strange company from an advertisement- someone I don't know. I will not call your company back now, after the fellow got me so aggravated. I turned from starting to like the fellow at first to total dislike. He had all of the indicia of high pressure sales techniques. If this is how your company operates, you will not get any recommendation from me.

Tech was on time!!!!, and early :) Explained in detail what issues I had other than what I originally called about. Tech worked very quickly and in a timely matter. After completion, he tested and showed me all the new parts installed. I am very satisfied with service.

My garage door had become unoperational after a thunderstorm last week. I discovered that the wall bracket that provided mounting for the spring was coming off the wall. I didn't realize it was not just an inconvenience but a safety issue as well. David came out today and discussed with me my repair options As a single mom I was reassured by his professionalism and knowledge. I will call Precision again!

Top-Notch service! The tech (Travis) called prior to arriving and was very professional. He was able to point out some issues made by previous repair techs from other companies. The tech took an hour and a half before leaving me with a fully functional garage! Highly recommend this company

Impressive, most impressive. Placed a call at 9:45am and tech was at my house in a hour. Had the spring replaced in under a hour. Took the time to show me basic garage door upkeep.
