My garage door spring broke at 5 PM, and the door could not be opened even manually. Called Precision Garage Door Service at 5:30 and got a repair appointment for 10:00 the next morning. The tech arrived on time, quickly determined what repairs were needed, and finished the repairs within about an hour. Cars no longer locked in my garage! Efficient, courteous, and professional service.

I called to have a key pad installed and the technician was here the same day. He was very knowledgeable and was able to install and program the key pad quickly. He answered my questions about a future garage door opener purchase. He was very personable. I will definitely call Precision again.

Had a wonderful experience with this company, from the salesperson who came out to get me a quote to the young gentlemen who installed the doors and everyone else every step in between. Pricing was competitive, communication was good and everyone had a very professionally friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door service.

Cory notified me before arrival on the scheduled date and time. He determined why the door opener remote was not connecting with the overhead garage door unit. He informed me of repair options and prices. Decided the best option was to replace the overhead unit with a new Genie unit and remotes. He was very courteous and respectful while completing the installation of the new unit in a relatively short time. Then he matched the new remote controls with the door opener button on each of our vehicles. We are again easily able to open the garage door from each of our vehicles. GREAT Job Cory and many thanks!!

Our service tech was Allan and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was wrong with our garage door and what he could do to correct it. When he finished the work he explained everything to us about what he had installed and even how to use it.

The Tech was fine. He did his job and was courteous. The price I was charged for replacing th sensors however was exorbitant. 358$ to replace the sensors was too much. I tried to use a coupon and was told I couldn't. I had purchased a door from you a few years ago and was happy with it. But I won't be back due the price you are charging. I feel ripped-off.

Allen & Jesus arrived on time, called ahead as requested, friendly and knowledgeable. Did not have Backup Batt. on truck as needed for 1 Lift--Master Opener. We scheduled a return visit for this Friday 9/1 between 8 - 12noon. Look forward to seeing them back. All was good today. They both seem honest, technically capable and ready to do the job...that is reassuring to me. Thank You.
