Alan did a fantastic job. He replaced the spring, bearings, a broken hinge, motor, rail and cables. Pretty much everything but the door. He was a nice, friendly young man who knew what he was doing. I’ll use Precision from now on.

Victor was extremely nice, professional, and prompt! He was helpful in his explanation about the mechanics of my garage door which I extremely appreciated! You have in Victor an exceptional employee!!! However, I did feel the price was high. Victor deserves 5 Stars.

After calling for a service appointment only a couple hours prior, Allen arrived on time and provided professional, courteous service. We had no real issues other than squeaky garage doors & requested a “tuneup” to prevent any unforeseen problems. He offered us helpful tips and suggestions on our garage doors.
