Allen & Jesus arrived on time, called ahead as requested, friendly and knowledgeable. Did not have Backup Batt. on truck as needed for 1 Lift--Master Opener. We scheduled a return visit for this Friday 9/1 between 8 - 12noon. Look forward to seeing them back. All was good today. They both seem honest, technically capable and ready to do the job...that is reassuring to me. Thank You.

So we got our garage doors started on a Friday. The technician (Horace) did an awesome job, very professional and friendly. But there was an issue with deminsions. Horace informed me once he saw the issue, but he came back the next Monday and corrected the issue. Very happy wuth our new doors!

Alan did a fantastic job. He replaced the spring, bearings, a broken hinge, motor, rail and cables. Pretty much everything but the door. He was a nice, friendly young man who knew what he was doing. I’ll use Precision from now on.

In our neighborhood, there have been many stellar reviews for Precision Garage Door Services and we now know first hand why… They provide same day service. They give us options for repair levels. They do the work same day (time permitting) and the work is done with great care and cleaned up after finishing. Cory came to our house.
