Shannon the technician is great. Would have given 5stars, unfortunately the technician was held up on another job. Originally appointment was 8:00-10:00. Arrived at 2pm. He is courteous and knowledgeable. He is not at fault for having to take care of earlier customer. If necessary will use Precision Door again.

I choose Precision because my sister used you years ago and I have seen your advertisement on tv. This is my second time using you in three months. I have now had my both my garage door motors replaced. I have found the both experiences favorable. I was treated in a courteous, professional and prompt manner. Erica, the customer representative was extremely accommodating. Both technicians Joe and Shannon were knowledgeable and patient. They provided full explanations of the problem and what was needed to resolve the problem. They made suggestions for future repairs/maintenance. I very please with the results.

The technician, Derek, did a wonderful job. He called ahead of time to advise of his arrival and provided a quotation of the cost before beginning service. He recommended a dual spring replacement versus the single spring option that I had, which has caused me problems repeatedly in the past. Great response time and service was complete in about 3 hours from my initial phone call and on a Sunday!

I called this morning because I couldn’t get out my garage. They took appointment for today and was out within the hour. Derek Skaggs assessed the situation gave me a quote and quickly got started. He was great at explaining what was going on, walked me through everything he was doing. Great work, he was fast and efficient. All work done less than 3 hours from the phone call . The amount charge was very reasonable and I am very satisfied. I do highly recommend this company and Derek Skaggs.
