Dustin did an amazing job! He fixed our garage door that I was sure was beyond repair and going to need to be completely replaced. It actually looked a little better to be honest. Allen Morgan was a great help. He found the problem. Apparently one of the sensor wires was chewed. I guessed it had to be my cat. The wire was not connected to the sensor. He fixed that. Also, took down the old sensors that were up by the garage apparatus near the ceiling. Also took away the old garage door opener that I had replaced in June of 2024. Didn’t realize I had used you before, till Allen showed me. I thought I had called someone else for the problem this time. Allen also cut down wires that were hanging down from the garage door opener. Job well done. Everything seems to be working now. No cat allowed in the garage anymore. Bilinda Jackson

Best price among four well known choices. Sales representative, Winfield J., negotiates rush hour traffic and shows at the beginning of the appointment window not at the end. I accepted the proposal on a Saturday and on Monday I get a call the doors are ready for installation. Installer, Kevin L., arrives on Tuesday at the beginning of the installation window and less than three hours later two doors are installed. Competitive pricing, respectful of my time, and prompt installation. Precision Garage Door Service far exceeded my expectations. Outstanding!
