Cory came out and replaced the spring that had broke., he said I would need two springs since my door only had one. I told him to put the two springs in and to check everything else to make sure I didn’t have any other problems. He checked everything and said I was good. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me everything that he had to do and when he was done he tested everything and I was very pleased. I found you by searching on my phone and I am very happy for finding you. Call last night and he came today and fixed my door. I will be calling you again if I have any more issues. Cory was great and I am very grateful for him fixing my door. If you are looking for a professional and knowledgeable company this is the one. Also the price was very reasonable. Thanks again Cory Vandezande

I appreciate being able to set up an appointment through the website. The technician texted me his ETA and updated when it needed to change. Dustin was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain all the work that needed to be done. I saw a big improvement with the new springs and belt. I've used Precision in the past for a new motherboard for my opener so when the door was broken by someone trying to gain entry I naturally called them again. I was afraid I would need a new garage door. I called them at 1:00 and they said they would come between 4:00 & 8:00 the same day. I was delighted as same day service is rarely available these days. I received a call at 2:20 saying they were 20 minutes from my house and asked if they could come early. Of course!! David & Shawn arrived around 2:45, assessed the damage and said the door was repairable. Told them to give me a price. In a few minutes they had two options for me - one to just repair the damage and the other to repair damage and replace the motor which was around 20 years old. I took the second option and they got to work. By 4:00 they were finished, paid and gone. The guys were freindly, honest when giving me options for repair and just really nice. Hopefully I won't need your services again but will recommend Precision Garage Door Opener Repair to everyone I know.

I chose Precision Door as I was familiar with the name from advertising I had heard. I was relieved that service could be provided quickly as my husband and I are on the elderly scale and the single double garage door is heavy! Dustin Ridge was my technician and I was extremely pleased. Dustin was punctual, professional and respectful during the entire process. He answered my questions with patience. I felt fully at ease that he would fix my problem and be honest and fix only what needed to be fixed. He provided me a new remote and even set it up for me in my Equinox and in my Corvette. Dustin went above and beyond and made this experience pleasant, as I was dreading the whole ordeal. Dustin is a fine young man. Best keep him around as he represents Precision Door very well.

Technician, Mr. Allen Morgan was very knowledgeable and professional. Although, he came to replace the remote key pad component. He diagnosed problems( I was not aware of) with the existing torsion spring system which require immediate replacement. So whenever I am ready for this work, I will contact Precision Garage Door Services.

I called on Saturday with a garage door opener that would not open. Was told that they could get me taken care of on Saturday....Saturday just after 9:00AM I received a call from Precision's technicians telling me he was on the way to our home. He showed up shortly and proceeded to determine what the problem was, quoted me options, I made my selection of options for repair and he proceeded to very promptly and professionally take care of the repair that I had ordered. He then proceeded to service and adjust my garage door and then cleaned up his tools and handed me the bill for his work. Very nice young man, very knowledgeable and professional in his repair process. We had used Precision Garage Door Service 4 1/2 years ago when we purchased the door in question and would use them again if the need ever arises.

Alex was very polite, professional, and informative. He called ahead of time to let me know that he might be arriving close to the later time or a little late. He called when he was on the way and arrived on time. He explained everything while showing me the areas that needed repair. I reviewed my options, and he provided me with each option's cost before work began. Repairs were made in a timely manner. Precision came out to our house, told us that our motor was shot and gave us a $500+ quote to replace the opener and change our rollers. The technician didn't do any diagnostics, so we declined. We took the covers off and found the motor working fine, just some chewed up gears. $16 on Amazon and 2 hours later, all repaired and working. Most infuriating thing was the way the tech treated us after declining. Got an attitude and said good luck getting something from Home Depot. No real concern or concession from the owner either after we called upon completion of our repair. Do not recommend using this company.

We had a garage door that would not close. Thankfully we called Precision Door to come out. We were able to make a same day appointment. The technician, Victor did an outstanding job assessing our problem and gave us several choices for resolution. After conversation and due to the age of our door openers, we decided to replace both openers. Victor did a wonderful job and was so courteous and kind. In less than three hours we have excellent upgraded openers for our garage doors. We highly recommend Precision Door company for any of your garage door needs. Thank you for the excellent service.
