Scotty is the most personable, knowledgeable technician I have met. He provided at least eight options to solve the problem we have been experiencing starting with the least expensive to the most expensive option. After discussing the pros and cons of each option, taking into account the age of our equipment, decided on the most extensive service. He went straight to work and installed springs, rollers, key pads, motor and cables finishing in only in 2 1/2 hours. All systems go. Scotty is a great asset to your company!

DUSTIN RIDGE is an OUTSTANDING technician. He installed my opener years ago. Today he eliminated a squeek from the springs and also installed new rollers. Works and sounds like new!!! Our garage door torsion bar failed, and we thought the door would fall on the car inside. I reviewed various vendors, and the positive reviews of Precision Door, led us there. Just one call led to Scotty coming to our home within hours. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He conducted a thorough inspection, and after reviewing both our doors we chose to replace them after he educated us on our old doors (19 years) and were on the cusp of needing replacement anyway. Highly recommend!!! Called late in the evening for my garage not opening. The tech (Cory V) arrived promptly - very professional and courteous. Precision garage door responded to my phone call the Saturday afternoon, and had someone at my house before 10AM Sunday morning to fix the garage door. The technician was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a spring failure internal to the torsion bar. He explained the repair options including upgrades, and in less than two hours he was done. Overall I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them for your garage door repair needs.

Cory updated our 22 YO Genie garage door openers (2) with new torsion springs, drives, motors and controls and did a great job in less than one day. His work was excellent including removal of all old items, clean-up of the site, lubricating and adjusting the tracks and glides, programming cars and remotes, and reviewing the new installation with us. The new doors are almost silent - what a difference!

The materials provided were 2 springs and 2 pulleys. Nothing elaborate. The labor was less than 30 minutes. The price was over $700. I am sorry, but that is outrageous. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I needed my garage door repaired in short order.
