My technician Bryce arrived on time and he was very professional. It was clear that Bryce was very knowledgeable and thorough. He performed the garage repair within about 40 mins and after the repair he doubled checked his work. I am very pleased with Precision’s work and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again.

I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Allen called 30 minutes prior to coming as promised. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He then reprogrammed all of our garage door remotes. He then waived the service fee! We have used Precision in the past. Once again, they delivered exceptional service!

Dustin went over and above in his service to repair our garage door. He even went beyond his scope of work by helping to repair a garage door panel that we did not even noticed needed repair. He was professional, respectful and so helpful! Precision is true to their word regarding their warrantee!

The service technician was very dishonest and lied about what was wrong with my garage door and I will never use or recommend this company to anyone, period. The technician was very disrespectful and loud. This technician shouldn't be allowed to work for good customers because his motives out there is to lie and overcharge customers for his own gains
