The spring on our garage door broke on a Friday night, leaving us with no way to get our cars out. I made an appointment on the app, and Corey came on Saturday afternoon. The door is a custom, one piece 20' door, and frame is right against the side wall, with very little room to work. He did an excellent job installing the new springs. We're repeat Overhead customers because of the excellent service and knowledgeable technicians. If there's ever a problem, they stand behind their work.

Precision came out and looked at the garage door opening and assorted hardware with it. The technician was able to give me different price options on what needed to be done up to and including a new opener. They finished promptly and even corrected a problem I didn't even know of. Runs even better and qieter than before. They did an fantastic job and would have no problem recommending them.

I have enjoyed every minute of my experience with Precision Garage Door Service from ordering to installing. Winfield was great and we picked out the perfect door for my home. Craig installed it yesterday and I could not ask for better service from start to finish. Could be better if they do good with scheduling, had a 8-12 appointment window, and Craig showed up around 3:30pm after he got my ticket at last minute, I appreciate you Craig coming out and installed the door. I would recommend anyone looking for doors to Precision Garage Door. Wish I could give a 10 star rating…

Bryce Diesz was very knowledgeable, helpful and was consistently courteous and professional. He patiently explained the options for repair, helped to understand the quote and answered the questions satisfactorily. He replaced the torsion springs, cables, end plates and rollers in less than 40 minutes. I will recommend Bryce to anyone that need garage door repairs. He is truly an asset to Precision. My technician Bryce arrived on time and he was very professional. It was clear that Bryce was very knowledgeable and thorough. I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Allen called 30 minutes prior to coming as promised. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He then reprogrammed all of our garage door remotes. He then waived the service fee! We have used Precision in the past. Once again, they delivered exceptional service!

I called Sunday morning because our garage door would not close. I could not believe we received a same day appointment on Sunday! Our service technician Jesus called 20 minutes prior to arrival, which was before the appointment time. He was polite, listened carefully, and fixed my garage door quickly. I really appreciate this high level of service!
