I called on Saturday with a garage door opener that would not open. Was told that they could get me taken care of on Saturday....Saturday just after 9:00AM I received a call from Precision's technicians telling me he was on the way to our home. He showed up shortly and proceeded to determine what the problem was, quoted me options, I made my selection of options for repair and he proceeded to very promptly and professionally take care of the repair that I had ordered. He then proceeded to service and adjust my garage door and then cleaned up his tools and handed me the bill for his work. Very nice young man, very knowledgeable and professional in his repair process. We had used Precision Garage Door Service 4 1/2 years ago when we purchased the door in question and would use them again if the need ever arises.

Alex was very polite, professional, and informative. He called ahead of time to let me know that he might be arriving close to the later time or a little late. He called when he was on the way and arrived on time. He explained everything while showing me the areas that needed repair. I reviewed my options, and he provided me with each option's cost before work began. Repairs were made in a timely manner. Alex reviewed everything the work that was done and asked if I had any questions. Also, it was easy to make an appointment online. Precision came out to our house, told us that our motor was shot and gave us a $500+ quote to replace the opener and change our rollers. The technician didn't do any diagnostics, so we declined. We took the covers off and found the motor working fine, just some chewed up gears. $16 on Amazon and 2 hours later, all repaired and working. Most infuriating thing was the way the tech treated us after declining. Got an attitude and said good luck getting something from Home Depot. No real concern or concession from the owner either after we called upon completion of our repair. Do not recommend using this company.

Scotty is the most personable, knowledgeable technician I have met. He provided at least eight options to solve the problem we have been experiencing starting with the least expensive to the most expensive option. After discussing the pros and cons of each option, taking into account the age of our equipment, decided on the most extensive service. He went straight to work and installed springs, rollers, key pads, motor and cables finishing in only in 2 1/2 hours. All systems go. Scotty is a great asset to your company!

Highly recommend!!! Called late in the evening for my garage not opening. The tech (Cory V) arrived promptly - very professional and courteous. Quickly assessed the problem and explained the issue and solution clearly. Took less than 2 hours to replace everything but the door. I would definitely call the again.
