The service was outstanding. I called around 9:30 am to get an appointment. What I got was same day service. The service agent Anthony Watts was here by 11:30 am. My belts, motors, springs were all 20 years old. We changed out everything in the system except the doors themselves (I have two doors). The job was completed by 3:00 pm. Anthony did an excellent job. He was very helpful and gave great advice about what needed replacement. He programed our car remotes and new key pad. Then walked us through the adding of the app on our phones.

I selected Precision based off the reviews I saw online. I was really pleased with their prompt service. I called and they were on-site the same day to assess and repair. The tech, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining what was wrong with the system and how he could fix it. The repairs took about an hour and he was done. The door is opening again and doing so quieter than it ever has. The service was great!

We were having a problem with our larger garage door opening fully. I called two other companies but got no response. The next one in the list was Precision. I was able to get a next day appointment! Ed called us with his ETA and did arrive on time. He diagnosed the issue, explained our options, we gave the okay and he got to work. When the job was completed he reviewed everything with us and checked to make sure the doors operated correctly. He was such a nice, friendly guy- definitely an asset to your company! And to think I tried to get all my husband into trying a YouTube hack!
