I went on the internet and read about your company and another large competitor. What got my attention was the $29 "lets see what is wrong" fee, plus the quick response. I got an appointment the same day that I was searching on line. Aaron Page was my technician and he was prompt to arrive in two hours of my four hour window. He was knowledgeable and professional with what was wrong with my garage door. He gave me multiply options on different levels and costs of manufacture parts. The parts I purchased were the two floor sensors. They were bad and causing the garage door to only open a few inches. I highly recommend Aaron and Precision!

You guys did some work for my son-in-lawi in Snellville and I called him first. He gave me your info and I called you and within five minutes or so, your technician arrived. My technician, Aaron arrived in about five minutes or so and went to work right away. Aaron did a great job installing a new motor and all the fixings that goes with it and now my door is working great and a lot quieter than before. I went online to find an garage door opener installer, and Precision is the first one to come up, so I decided to call and get an estimate, the person was so nice and helpful, I decided go with them, 2 days later they came out to put the opener on, the guy was so nice and helpful, he fixed any problems we had, he had my opener put up in no time at all.

Nice people. Easy to make an appointment online. They did not charge me to inspect it, which was generous. However, the sales guys left our garage door disabled when they left late in the day, causing my wife to not be able to get her car out the next morning. (It was working before they arrived.) It took me a bit to get it working again. We will find another firm.
