Dustin Ridge and Vince Patterson called and arrived on time very professional, well dressed and knowledgeable! Our door had a few problems, a couple that we had no idea about. Dustin explained everything we needed to know, gave us 3 options and he and Vince repaired the door fully! It opens and closes smoothly, more quietly and we don’t see daylight under the bottom of the door. They were exceptional, cleaned smudges off the door inside and out, personable and very professional. We will use and recommend Precision exclusively!! Very pleased. The reason I selected Precision from 3 Costco recommendations was because of their website. Everything I needed was there and I never had to call anyone. All done in an online Chat!!

From estimation to installation of doors and openers, it is rare to find such excellent service anywhere these days. I got exactly what I wanted from a range of options. I cannot say enough about Horace, the installation technician. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and very hard-working. He worked with the idiosyncrasies of my house and completed the job in one day. He explained how everything worked. I was anxious about the job having had a terrible experience with another company years before, resulting in me delaying the work for a number of years. They laid all my fears to rest. I cannot recommend Precision Door highly enough.

I used Precision Door Atlanta once at my previous house and immediately knew who to call when I started having issues at this home. Jeremy and Jordan were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and were able to replace my rollers, cables, springs, and tune everything up on the spot. My door now works like a dream. As with five previous calls with Precision, I am completely satisfied with the preventive maintenance done on my door and associated equipment. The technician arrived on time, explain what he was going to do, and what was necessary, and left the premises clean I believe in preventive maintenance to keep a malfunction from occurring at the most inappropriate time!

Would not recommend or use again. First I would never ask a customer access to the garage home without them being there. This was fine to me as David was running ahead of schedule. I explained my needs over the phone during the appointment process and a tune up nothing extra. David asked me and I told him what was wrong and that I had ALL previous work records on my garage. I also said I could be selling in 5 months up to 2 years. David starts working up figures and tells me my sensors are bad???? That is why they flicker???? Nope. I had to even show him my remote works. I said it is the wall remote. At this point I shared with I may be a women but don’t insult me. I have a feeling this has been pulled before. He presented quotes with 5 year warranties, why? I marked through all large quotes tune up and wall remote. You would think Precision could afford a standard price list for services. David presented nothing like this. I have had all kinds of work done this was a first. He oiled the springs on the other garage door as a courtesy. The credibility and integrity of your company can not be changed by spaying lubricant on springs.
