10/2/24 I couldn't get my garage door to open. I called Precision Garage Door and was told a technician could be out between 4:00-8:00pm. Juan contacted me around 2:30pm and said he was available to come then. He replaced the garage door opener and adjusted the springs on the garage door. He helped me install the Aladdin app on my phone and he went over the operation of the new equipment. I was very impressed with the service. I will be recommending Precision Garage Door.

Precision Door came out to my home and repaired my garage door. The technician was Very knowledgeable, respectful and kind. He took in consideration through the garage is my dad’s only way out the house due to him being wheelchair bound. He explained himself and the process very well, and about other products they have but in term of what’s needed and not needed- he didn’t try to over charge me. I felt very blessed for the technician they sent out and to have called them. Thank you guys so much, blessings over the company and technicians.

I called to inquire about new garage doors and was able to speak to someone right away. They scheduled someone to come out the same day and he arrived within the window promised. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and was very open and honest about pricing. He was so friendly and professional and not pushy in any way. He was genuine and very helpful. I was very pleased with the whole process. Being able to book online over the weekend and have the operator contact me and tell me he could even come earlier than expected, which worked out perfectly. Chris was the name of the operator that came out, he was very friendly personable knowledge addressed the issue that needed to be addressed presented me with payment options And variety of services. It was a little bit more expensive than I anticipated, but it needed to be fixed and I was satisfied with his knowledge base and ability to correct the problem. I would highly recommend them.

Love this company! Our cars were stuck in the garage when the springs and the opener broke. I called Precision, and they had a repair tech out here within 2 hours. Incredibly fast service! The repairman, Aaron, was knowledgeable, pleasant , and had the door working the same afternoon. I am so happy I called them, because I had no idea who to call. I went on the internet and read about your company and another large competitor. What got my attention was the $29 "lets see what is wrong" fee, plus the quick response. I got an appointment the same day that I was searching on line. Aaron Page was my technician and he was prompt to arrive in two hours of my four hour window. He was knowledgeable and professional with what was wrong with my garage door. He gave me multiply options on different levels and costs of manufacture parts. The parts I purchased were the two floor sensors. They were bad and causing the garage door to only open a few inches. I highly recommend Aaron and Precision!
