Met my expectations, great service, competent and courteous staff. Tyler stayed until all issues were resolved. Only issue is I am not able to connect my phone using the myQ app with the garage door opener. I'm following all the instructions and I'm fairly computer literate but it is not working... Precision Doors earned 5 stars all around! After researching door companies, your ratings, awards and reviews, we made the call to replace our over 40 year old wood doors. Orion Smith came out a few days later, took measurements, answered all questions, and gave a fair estimate which included everything, nothing hidden. A few days later, we visited the Norcross garage door showroom. This really helped to see the different door styles up close. Tina Bullock walked us through the showroom and pasted several door designs on our house photos. We made the custom order, and doors were installed about 3 weeks later. Your door installer, Senior Technician Tyler Walsh did an OUTSTANDING job. I know he's installed and worked on hundreds, maybe thousands of doors, and it shows. I too am a technician, and I observed and chatted while he worked, He is a true professional. He was very organized, very courteous, answered any questions, confirmed all door operations, and left no dust behind. We have a corner home, and were very pleased with the "new look". From the beginning I was very impressed with the process of your sales person. I live in an HOA and the sales person checked about the code had your engineer draw what it would look like so that we were on the mark from the beginning. Also knowing that it is made here in the Atlanta area made an even better choice. Knowing I have allergies to chemicals, they made a point to hold it a little longer in order to have the chemical gas off taken care of. Your installers were quick, cleaned up well after themselves and were professional. The door itself is wonderful. So,quiet,has just enough of the safety issues where it is not over brain makes. Sensor light over the motor. Temsensor, and the safety on the door gauge itself. I was very pleased

With a broken spring on a garage door installed in 1989 with a history of one spring previously repair and a minor repair to the electrical unit the decision would be to repair or replace. My son recommended PRECISION when he needed a repair and was 100% pleased with the company. Being a skeptic, I listened and called this company for a quote on a new door to follow up with a quote for repair. The salesman arrived on time and was pleasant and we talked about the options. He was professional and kind and knew his product. He not once tried to pressure my husband and I into a sale. When we were quoted the price of a new door and discussed the old door we decided to go with a new door. Common sense says that the door had given great service but this could be the beginning of repairs. The salesman wrote the quote and we went with the upgraded Carriage Style door. He seemed a little surprised we were so ready to decide and order and pay the deposit. I had read the reviews and with the confidence and professionalism of the sales rep we felt we could proceed with certainty this company would stand behind its product. The door was ordered and contact was made at the appropriate times to schedule installation and again when the product was ready for installation. The good review from us continues with the installer. The day he came, it was freezing cold that morning due to a sudden cold snap...We encountered a problem...Our garage was hollow blocks and not solid and would need 2x6's to frame around the opening to properly install the door. He promptly went and purchased the material and continued to install the door. He advised us there would be no additional charge for this extra material. The installer's demeanor was as kind and professional as the salesman and the ladies in the office who called to advise of the status of the product delivery. We desire to pay for the additional expense as this is just fair business as a customer to a good company. Should we know of a need for an installation or repair we will definitely recommend PRECISION. Our garage door is a beautiful asset our garage was missing. And they remove and carry away the old door. When the installer started cleaning the door I was taken aback but when he offered to paint the small area where the new trim did not cover...that was beyond the call of duty. Is there any reason not to give 5 stars to a company like this? We are pleased...very pleased!

I recently had a new garage door installed and the technician, Tyler, was very professional and knowledgeable. He left the garage in tip-top shape after the installation. He explained to me everything I needed to know in regards to my new door. I love how much quieter this door is compared to my previous garage door. My garage door has fallen apart and could not be fixed and was partially open at the top and bottom. I contacted precision door atlanta. Tina bullock came and was through from taking measurements to showing door samples. She kept in contact throughout the process. In less than a week my installation was complete. I was notified when the installer was on his way. He arrived on time. The door installation and clean up was completed in a timely fashion a timely fashion.i would definitely recommend Precision Door Atlayw.

Love the insulated door. Helps with temperature in the Garage. Also helps with reducing the noise. I can live with the minor ding to the insulation. Weatherstipping doesn't fit correctly - having to go outside and unfold each time I close the door. Also wasn't aware that I would have to patch holes in the ceiling and repaint after the install.
